Great little outta the way spot. Have been wanting to eat here for a while!! Great little local spot with lot's of History. Food was good! All home made from scratch or at least tastes like it. Can't tell if it's a little over priced for the portion size U get. Or is it just inflation catching up with everything?!?!

If you like Hometown style cooking, with a breakfast lunch and dinner menu, then this is the place!!! (*A lot of locals eat here )
Oh yeah, THEY also have fresh baked pies and cheese cake!!! And outside patio dining!! 🍰 Recommended ✅

I give this place 4.5 stars. The food was good, but they didn't have the mango cheesecake menu items I was really looking forward to trying.
They do have a killer chocolate cream pie, and the skirt steak dinner was super tender but a bit on the salty side. The veggies and mash potato help cut the saltiness, too.
The servers were super friendly, the sandwiches and fries were very tasty, and the atmosphere was nostalgic.
If you're in NOHO give this place a try.

Very good food, freshly prepared. Had a burger which was very good. Other person had the Magnolia Special (soup, sandwich and salad) and he enjoyed it a lot. Will be part of our regular stops. With they were open past 6pm though.

Hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the Cobb Omelette and Blueberry Stuffed French Toast. Both were EXCELLENT! I sat on the patio. Everyone was very accommodating and took good care of me. Plenty of parking and you can bring your dog.

Been coming here for a few years now. Great little coffee shop atmosphere and my experience with the service has always been pleasant. Pretty good selection of traditional coffee shop/diner food and everything that I have had has been good. A plus for a lot of people is that they service breakfast all day. I had the full cobb salad this time around and it was generous amount of food, fair priced, and it was pretty good.

Great place for a large breakfast party that is there to mingle, talk, and start your day. The kitchen will divide a large portion into two servings, which is awesome.

Consistently good food and great service. We love their breakfasts, especially the breakfast burrito with the spicy salsa. According to my husband, the spicy salsa makes this place have the best breakfast burrito around. I’ve never had a bad or even mediocre meal here- it’s always good if not great.

I come here every couple weeks with my dog and we sit in their patio area. The servers are always on top of everything, the food comes out fast, and the price range is right on point for the type of diner that it is. I would recommend!

What a surprisingly delicious diner. I never really noticed this place before this morning when it was the only thing open, but I am very glad I found it. The breakfast burrito was hearty and filling and for a diner they actually had pretty decent salsas. The coffee was quite good and the service was extremely diligent.

The food is good and portions are generous. I dined-in selecting the Fish n Chips and ordered grilled Mahi Mahi take-out dinner. I am grateful my "no salt added" special request was accommodated. The meals are made to order; I like that. The server checked with the cooks ensuring the order was, no salt added to the food. The atmosphere is cozy dinner style.

I tried the chicken n waffles and it was delicious! Kids had pancakes and eggs.
The wife loved their country fried steak.
The gentlemen serving the drinks was very welcoming and our waitress was great.

Yummy food, fast and friendly service. Never came back for my bill though, waited awhile and just left a bigger tip than anticipated. It's ok, they were busy! overall it's a quaint place with good food. alittle pricey for my taco salad $15. So for just me w a ice tea and tip $25.
Maybe some meal specials would be nice.

The Bloody Mary was A+++ for the money, one of the best I've had and I have them at almost every place I go. Portions were huge and food was good. Waffle was slightly dough-y but still good.

This place is great as a family everyday restaurant. It's plain and doesn't have a big dose of ambiance but their food is excellent with fair prices and it's clean. Their staff such as Shannon, Marlene, Yulie. May be wrong spelling? And Jimmy, and Jennifer at night, bus staff Blue and Miguel are all excellent. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your food. We are there at least 2 or 3 times a week. And trust me we wouldn't be if we didn't recommend it. Plus you can take your critter( no mountain lions please) ;-) to eat with you on the patio. They are so kind!!!!

Great restaurant. Went to this restaurant for Brunch based on urbanspoon. We shared an omelet, my friend had a Bloody Mary while I only had coffee. The Cobb Omelet (Bacon, Tomato, Avocado, Blue Cheese). Linda thought the omelet was a little over cooked, and I tend to like mine moister than she. Still both agree was probably the most tasty omelet had. Linda was also very pleased with the Bloody Mary, and service was exemplory.

Eggs florentine were good but the sauce was so spicy, almost red rather than yellow that I wouldn't call it hollandaise. The sliced potatoes on the side are thick potato chips - not a good breakfast side pancakes were good, scramble looked good too.

Local joint. Two and a half stars. Great prices. Pumpkin bread was odd. Zucchini bread was good. Clam chowder soup was average and te chicken tortilla soup was bland.

Perfect Brunch Spot. The dining room features typical coffee shop decor and is nothing special. The outdoor eating area look out on a busy street. Okay, but what this place lacks in atmosphere is made up by delicious breakfast or brunch meals. The menu offers healthy but tasty choices. I like the everything omlette with spinch and ground turkey. They serve a tasty meal, delicious coffee and have an efficient waiting staff. They offer most of the traditional breakfast dishes and have a lunch menu too. On weekends the place has a bit of a Bohemian crowd. Around the corner is a wonderful used bookstore worth checking out on Cahuenga/Chandler.
