Parking sucks since they have put the bike lane. All the delivery services double park in the middle of the street, which is dangerous . The food is always good, no complaints there. The service is good too. If there is a sporting event, you can forget it.

We love it here. The customer service is immaculate. Everyone’s so nice and kind makes the food taste even better today I want to give a special thanks to Stephany for putting a smile on my one year-old son face it’s just the small things in life that can really touch a heart and make a big difference. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A of USC.

Spicy chicken burger was excellent, with decent amount of spicy and juicy. Was surprised at the kick. Loved the variety of sauces offered, especially the buffalo. Fries were on the pale, less tasty side. Nuggets were juicy and tasty, but a little too salty. It was a little confusing as we were dining in, and the cashier told us they'd be serving the food to us. But our names ended up being called to the counter and everything was in to-go bags. #localguides

Really loved the chicken nuggets as well as the vanilla milkshake🥤. I would recommend great food and good service.

The place was so busy! Considered cheap for full meal. Love their buns and waffle potato fries, chicken was OK. That one staff was very nice. I told him that it was my first Chick-fil-A and he gave me recommendations! Oh and the sauce, never tried something like that before. Not my favorite, but still good :-)

Is right across from the Banc of California stadium, which is a plus. The only thing I don't like about this location is how small it is. Tables are right next to each other, and you could hear the conversation of the people next to you. I don't know if it was just the day I went, but there is little to no AC, and it feels hot while you eat. Besides its small atmosphere it was very clean. This place is best if you're looking for takeout.

Well I wanted food that's not just bun and chicken or leafy greens that's cold an mixed . So I decided to get the soup!Yes, Chick-fil-A has chicken noodle and corn tortillas soup which both are the warmest soup in the area to my belly. Try it

I would give it 5 stars because I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular location lacked all of the Chick-fil-A hospitality. The food was still tasty & fresh.

Came at an extremely busy time right about a half-hour before closing time, right after a USC game when literally hundreds of Trojans fans were storming the location for a late night bight. Likely due to the traffic of people ordering their meals, my order must have gotten lost, and just before closing time it became apparent that my order was good as gone. After a staff member noticed something must have been wrong since I was still waiting for my meal, they informed me that there indeed must have been a mistake and that they were now actually completely sold out of the food I was ordering. However, in typical Chick-Fil-A fashion, the staff member took deep sympathy to my issue, and not only refunded my order, but gave me some free chicken nuggets on the house. Customer service like that (along with delicious food, of course) is why I keep coming back to this food chain and will continue to do so despite the unfortunate circumstance I found myself in.

New, clean and conveniently located right next to the subway station. The line moved very quickly for a Saturday afternoon. The customer service was great. My only complaints are there is no Coleslaw on the menu and the chicken sandwich was not hot enough.

It was an efficient setup! While you’re in line, someone comes and takes your order, then in under 5 mins your food is ready at the counter. It was a delightful experience!
