I went to this restaurant in October 23 as I was in LA visiting friends.
We managed to get a 4 seater table which was perfect as we had 3 adults and 2 kids so we managed to put a high chair on the end.
So you order at one section which is easy to do.
Then you are given a number for your food.
We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, avocado toast, buttermilk pancakes and a salad.
It's an average price for LA but I'm from the UK so I always grudge the price a little!!
But the food was great and the food arrived within 10 minutes.
Worth a try if you are in the area. It was very busy!

Very cute cafe and provedore with a nice range of food and plenty of vegan options. Tried the ham and cheese ficelle which is small but delicious. Coffees were also good and staff was super friendly.

Been coming here for years now both from their original location and here in Studio City. This is a great place to get picnic sandwiches for the Hollywood Bowl Concert. Last time we went to Hollywood Bowl, we ordered our food from there and everything was soooo good. They pack them so well, specially if you buy the box for them to pack it. The chicken sandwich was so good, but the beef brisket sandwich was also super good! Their homemade potato chips were so yummy that paired with the sandwiches. Prices are a bit up there, but hey, you're paying for a quality fresh ingredients gourmet sandwiches that you get to enjoy while watching a concert. At random times that I am in the area, I like going to this place to pick up some food to go just because everything is so good here. Love this place so much!

Amazing place, love it! Avocado toast is sooo delicious! Matcha latte is not so good, but caffe latte is gorgeous. We also buy some delicious cheese and sweet for “to go”. Highly recommend this place. Very fast service! I also love to order a smoked salmon bagel!

Yummmmmy! My friends and I were going to the Hollywood Bowl and decided to picnic as we would be early. My friend Laura suggested we go to Joan's On Third for our picnic. My friend Sheryl got the Chicken Tarragon Sandwich. My friend Laura got a vegetarian sandwich and I got Joan's Cobb Salad. We also bought hummus, the cheese tray, rosemary, olive oil crackers, saki, and wine. We got a couple of bakery items and house-made potato chips. All in all, we had the best picnic ever! If you have a chance to go to Joan's On Third, try it!

The food is excellent. The environment is spacious, clean and pleasant but really loud. The service is fantastic. But you need a HELOC loan to pay for lunch. I guess the location made the prices exorbitant? Two salads and two drinks were $51 without tip.

Joan's on Third is the real deal. It's always buzzing with life, giving off those good city vibes. Their iced latte? Total game-changer. Smooth, strong, and just what you need to perk up. But the star of the show has to be their Mac n Cheese. It's creamy, cheesy, and comfort food at its best. Seriously, if you haven't been here, you're missing out!

Great little deli cafe style breakfast and brunch place, with limited seating, which can fill out fast. I enjoy the wait in line to order and then find a seat cafes as it feels faster and less of a wait time. Server didn’t look that interested, but all the other staff were exceptional and super friendly. Not a big menu, the pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the omelette was pretty good too. Street parking is available around the deli.

Great options for breakfast, lunch and take away dinners, all their offerings are freshly made and delicious! They also sell cheese, curated pantry items, pastries and snacks and ice cream!! You can get premade frozen lasagna etc for dinner later - solve all your food problems in one place!!
