This coffee shop was suggested by a friend from college whose son goes to school in the city. We're so happy she did it. A specialty coffee and either biscotti or a cookie were enjoyed by each of us. We are impressed at how well their order pickup process works and not much waiting space, but the crowdedness is a sign of their successful business. We're probably going back here!

These guys do a really lovely coffee. Sometimes there is a queue and you have to wait for your drip coffee but worth a wait

Legit love this location. All the staff are super friendly and they make your drink perfect every time. Yes they get super busy, but I've never waited more than 10 mins for my drink. Unlike some locations where a 15 min wait in the drive through is normal. Typically these guys get your food and drink ready in 5 mins or less if they aren't too busy.

Fun and busy. My friend and I needed a pick me up after a horrible sushi experience. Everyone was happy and peppy. I enjoyed the service, and got my favorite peppermint mocha (tall in a venti cup for max whipped cream!) and all was well in the world. A group of middle school skaters reminded me of my past. They were using the outdoor seating area as a playground. Welcome to LA!

Enjoyed a delicious latte here and would have loved to try one of the scones as they all looked delicious, particularly the ginger one. My friend got a flat white and a cinnamon roll and thoroughly enjoyed both.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks here in downtown area. I suggest ordering ahead on the app if you're in a rush. But this Starbucks always have your drinks and food on point.

Clean and friendly, the service was fast, efficient and polite. It was relatively busy, being early in the morning, but the staff worked as a team, we're smiling and generally positive. Awesome :)
