Review Live Basil Pizza - Los Angeles

LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT! What makes this pizza joint better than the others? Quality Ingredients, Build Your Own, Standard + Affordable Pricing and Margaritas!! Everything was on-point. The price of $11.95 for a personal 🍕 with a $5.00 add-on for 🍸 was 👍. The crust was perfectly thin (thick crust is also available). The Balsamic Drizzle is worth a return visit. They serve sodas, beer and Margaritas!

It was pretty darn good. I got the carnitas pizza, the boys got a cheese, and a pepperoni and sausage. 12 bucks for a fresh pizza, and drink was a great deal. I liked the seating, atmosphere, and ordering on the card. The only negative is i think my pizza could of been cooked more, but was tasty. A little cold. Kids really liked theirs

Then forgot our order, but they gave us free salad so it's ok. The pizza was tasty. No MSG!

a cozy place near LA convention center, had a Veggie pizza and beer. it was pretty good in taste. Liked the idea they have live baking of pizzas there.#localguide #wheelchairaccessible #livepizza #datespot

The pizza was VERY good. Everything tasted good actually, and I would definitely come here again. It isn't overpriced either, especially for the middle of LA. They did forget to make our garlic knots, but the manager apologized and gave us a bunch of free brownies, and then doubled the number of garlic knots we were supposed to get, so no complaints there. A note to the manager though: Many of these reviews accurately portray the staff. To be honest, you need to fire them all and get a fresh crop of employees if you want to survive as a business. Your food is great, your business idea is great, location is great, but the employees really do suck at doing anything.

Yummy~~ You can customize your own pizza or order from their menu

It was really good 😊. Along the lines of the other commercial make your own pizza type places. I was a little confused with ordering, you fill out this multiple choice type form. But, once I figured that out, it was easy. The pizza good. The staff was nice. Only drawback, and why one star was lost, was because it took quite a while to get the food. And there weren't that many customers online before me...Like 3. When you are on a limited lunch break, this factors in. I've been to other restaurants like this style of restaurant, and the food came out much quicker, and with much longer lines. Otherwise, it was good experience. I would go again. Give it another shot 👍🙂

Came here for lunch while attending the convention and was surprised how nice it looked inside and how affordable the prices were! For about 12 dollars you can make your own pizza (unlimited toppings, minus avocado being extra) and the drink is included which beats the prices at the convention and the food trucks that were outside! They have a ton of fresh ingredients and the staff doesn't mind adding more if you request additional toppings. The portion size is about a medium size pizza which could be split with 2 people, I struggled finishing mine. I didn't care much for the garlic knots since they didn't have much flavor, I only tasted the parmesan cheese and a hint of garlic. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here to avoid the convention food and in general!

LBP is in the heart of the exciting LA LIVE Complex and across from the Staples Center(LA Lakers home arena). I like their ordering system-circle what I want on a preprinted card because it avoids miscommunication and saves me time. My pizza and salad were ready in under 15 minutes and were both excellent. The pizza bread/crust was soft, crispy and chewy how I like it. My custom order was really tasty. My salad with large pieces of fresh, juicy chicken breast was also great. I read over the older reviews and had a much better experience than the negative reviews. Apparently, they made major improvements. I highly recommend this restaurant for great pizza, salad at low prices(considering it's in a major tourist venue I give it points for reasonable prices). I think this restaurant is ideal for families and groups on a budget while still getting high quality food.

Omg this place is so cool. Over crowded which is good. When you first arrive you fill out your order form as if they your not going to have to confirm it with the same amount of questions. The food is fresh and the drinks are good. The wait time is average for a brick over pizza. The ambiance is cool good vides amongst pizza lovers. The connecting eateries are just as cool with vibes. Over all good places to eat before your event starts.
