Review Versailles Cuban Food - Los Angeles

Great authentic Cuban food! My family has been coming here for many years and it's always been one of our favorites. I especially love the croquettes and empanadas. All the meats are always cooked to perfection!

Consistent, well priced and delicious option for Cuban food. My family has been going here for decades for good reason. The garlic chicken and platanos are a must. The beans are also so delicious. If you're can't finish it all (the portions are large), it makes great leftovers.

Amazing food, very tasty and super authentic. Love it every chance I get there.

I came for dinner with some of my girlfriends and this was my first time here. I hadn’t had Cuban food in a long time so this was a nice treat. I ordered the shrimp with garlic sauce and it was good, but a smaller portion that I had anticipated. It came with plantains which were very sweet and delicious. I wish there had been some kind of music as it was really quiet there and pretty empty for a week night. The service was also a bit slower than I normally like and it took awhile for them to take our order and bring the check. Small parking lot in front, but plenty of street parking. I’d come back and try again.

Ohmmgeee must try❣️ The appetizers were all delicious! 😋 We didn't wait long to receive our plates and it was extremely satisfying. My Salmon was seasoned well and mixed perfectly with the white rice. The platains were a great sweet addition to my plate. I will definitely be going back!💓

Yummy menu. Authentic choices. Fresh produce. Easy to get a table. Meat was tough though on every dish. And, while the staff got it right, they weren't very welcoming or helpful.

Amazing garlic pork (#1)! Black beans are the best. This dish is so delicious that my husband and I always order one plate each. Then we have great leftovers. Plantains are a great "counter-flavor" to the garlic sauce.

Food is outstanding. Service is efficient and friendly. The only downside was the volume level -- I could barely hear my girlfriend.

Each moment was great. We got seated immediately, our drinks along with bread showed up soon after. Entrees were hot, delectable and well served. The group of staff works well together. Highly recommend this location for its service! Parking is limited but free. Additional meter parking available.

Love love love the Garlic half chicken and black beans and bread. Doesn't get any better than this. Service is always speedy and spot on.

Long time favorite spot for a Cubano sandwich. Other good choices are the Lechon Asada and the Arroz con Pollo. Fast friendly service and reasonable prices.

Omg the food was amazing! I had the lechon and the best I ever had. Only bad part is the white rice might be refrigerated and not fresh because it was serves to us really cold. We sent it back and they microwaved it. Aside from that everything was amazing. Ropa Vieja, an the roasted chicken also amazing. Definitely recommend checking this place out

We’ve been coming to Versailles (this location and the LA one) for ages, since moving out of LA proper I haven’t been back for some time. Chance brought me back into the valley and I had to stop by for a taste down memory lane. The food is just as delicious as I remember and the service is just as amazing. My mom is having some mobility issues as of late and the staff were very helpful in getting us seated and making sure she was comfortable. I always have a hard time deciding what to choose whenever I’m near Cuban cuisine (because I love it all but unfortunately can’t finish it all). This time we ordered: Yuca frita (appetizer) Bistek empanizado Vaca frita Everything tasted just as I remember, but also even better because it’s been so long. All in all, I consider this visit a success.

The place for Cuban food in San Fernando Valley & WLA. I've never had anything like their garlic sauce. The chicken, pork, shrimp, all the best.

Got the Arroz con pollo and papas rellenos and the delicious Ironbeer soda. The food was really good, chicken and rice had good flavor (I personally don't like plantines) and the papas rellenas were so soft inside. Delicious. I had never tried that Cuban soda, it was sweet and fizzy, gonna get it again. Food was good but would've tasted better if eaten right after it was ready; didn't get to enjoy eating there cause of the shutdown but the staff was friendly and there was plenty of space inside. It's in a plaza with its own parking. Will likely go back for the same dish and maybe try the cuban sandwich.

Food and service was excellent very attentive and efficient. Super yummy, yucca fries, shouldn't have but did, their famous garlic chicken perfectly crisp skin and the sour sop milk shake definitely worth the price.

Always great food and amazing sangria. The tostones we're huge. The sangria was potent. The arroz con pollo delicious. No complaints. Perfect anniversary dinner.
