Very good Chipotle burrito bowl at this outlet. We enjoyed the food before our long drive back. Great fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious food.
Too bad they're closing all their branches. They have big servings, more than enough to fill you throught the day. They dont shy away of putting all that you want in your orders.
However, it is forgettable. Even my own orders, i cant remember anymore.
We had been dying to try Chipotle, and it was what we expected. Fast, fresh Mexican food with great oh going customer service. I ordered a Beef Burrito Bowl, I was so caught up in the meal that I didn't get a picture until we nearly devoured it. It was tasty and well balanced but I was expecting more punchy flavour for Mexican food. It was an enjoyable meal but a bit over hyped.
We travelled to US from India and we found this good option for indians too.. We has with rice chicken and beans.. If you are vegetarian you can try this ans ask them not to mix meat.. This was my favorite.. But they need to maintain time to time cleaning of tables and floor.
One of the best Mexican grill ever in downtown LA. The food was premium quality, the staff were friendly and supportive. The place is clean tidy and organized. They deserve all the best.
This place is the bomb and it’s just like you’d expect chipotle. Is everything right the same way every time that big fat burritos bowls all kinds of things you want have made anyway you want with everything that’s on there nothing at all you had a skinless burrito you or a little rice bowl burrito you have a chicken burrito you have it all it. Good place to go downtown LA.
I enjoy the environment there and the staff is friendly of course. I like all the cooks there, they really go out of the way and make the best quality over quantity protein there. They really deserve more credit (and a raise lol).

It's a decent Chipotle location but the staff gave off a weird, "I don't care" vibe both times I visited. I ordered 2 identical burritos and one was huge, the other tiny. Homelessness outside is not the store's fault but I got shouted at getting in, which is not pleasant.
I always go to this place, and it is always easy, and food tastes great like any chipotle should. Customer service is great, and the staff is amazing. I usually stop by during my walk with my Doggo, and they are always happy to see 👀 him, and he gets excited because they acknowledge him. This last time, both mine and my gf chicken taste like if it was overcooked and burned, but we understand that the food can't be 100% all the time. Highly recommend this place if you are in DTLA.
Solid chipotle. The high traffic of this location keeps things switching out so your chances of getting fresh ingredients is good.
Soda machine is out of view of the staff so stealing soda couldn’t be easier.
Always have a good experience here. This whole staff deserves a raise, they’re always crushed with orders and killing it.
Mexican food has its own flavor to give bursting on taste buds, especially sauces, guacamole salsa tomatillos corn chips and of course all sorts of other foods papusaas,quesadillas, chorizo,burritos all of it.
That $5.40 build your own tacos kids meal is the best deal going people. Plenty of food to satisfy your lunch time cravings.
