5 stars for food
5 stars for quick and friendly service.
5 stars for charming place.
My partner and I ordered the spicy falafel plates. The food was so incredible. The falafels were crunchy outside tender inside and delish.
The tahini was the best I have tasted. Not watered down like most places.
The hummus?-Yumm.
The pita was nice and fluffy.
It came with a great little cucumber salad.
4 kids of kambucha on tap
The staff was so nice and friendly. Very enjoyable.
Absolutley coming back to Jeje.
This was a very cute hole in the wall that my friends and I stumbled upon when thev restaurant we had wanted to go to first was closed for Memorial Day. The area is very nice and peaceful, and as soon as you start walking towards Jeje's, you can already smell the smoky aroma of their food cooking. I got the plate with mild falafel and grilled veggies, with dolmas on the side. The cashier was even thoughtful enough to ask me if I was vegan, and when I said yes, she suggested I stick with tahini sauce instead of the default garlic sauce, as the garlic sauce had egg in it! The food was spectacular. They give such generous portions (a huge piece of pita bread that was perfectly toasted!!), and their food is so fresh. The veggies were roasted to perfection, and the falafel balls were perfectly crispy and seasoned, not dry at all. And everything tasted very healthy as well. I highly recommend this place!
