Pricey, but was a good place to celebrate a special occasion. We came here for the champagne brunch ($95/person) to celebrate my MIL's birthday. My husband and in-laws definitely enjoyed the seafood buffet. There were even a lot of people taking 2 plates at a time like the king crab were going to run out. Abundance of choices so no one will feel left out no matter what you're in the mood to eat. Everything was delicious.

We went for the seafood buffet and WOW! The spread is amazing and the size of the crab legs (snow and dungeon, no king crab left at that time) were impressive! Great quality foods and a large variety of items, everything from salad and pizza to lamb chops and roasted duck. I was upset that the lobsters were chewy, probably from sitting under the heat lamps after being cooked. Lots of protein but not many side options. Made to order sushi. Even dessert, many options including coldstone ice cream station! Very pricey but worth it for the quality of food options!

My family and I came here for the Thanksgiving special they had. It was really delicious! It surpassed my expectations. They had a variety of food from the traditional Thanksgiving meal including prime rib as well as roasted duck. If you're not into having a typical Thanksgiving meal, they have other options there as well like a whole breakfast section, sushi, dumplings, and an endless amount of sorted desserts and pies as well as seafood (of course). They're crab legs, lobster, and shrimp were huge and delicious. They offer brunch and dinner. We opted for brunch and had bloody marys but they also offer mimosas and champagne. We even had a glass of champagne while we waited to be seated. I felt they were really organized, and on top everything. I felt it wasn't badly priced for what you get. I wanted to give a shout out to the workers for all their hard work and having to work on the holidays. I definitely will be back and plan to go for the Christmas special as well.

Ordered room service while staying at Hilton Universal. Food is on the spendy side about 25$ a plate but not sure if prices are different in the cafe. Food however was very good and presented nicely via the room service cart. Kids enjoyed there French toast, and the all American breakfast were cooked nicely and served warm. Nice arrangements of fruit and jelly’s for toast.

Great atmosphere and amazing live performer who was super engaging and fun to watch. Our waiter was accommodating and always quick to refill drinks/empty our plate. The wide selection of foods made the money worth — I had an assortment of crab legs and fresh sashimi! The dessert bar was too enticing, although I missed out on the crepe bar. My friends had said the oysters weren't all that great/fresh so I refrained from trying it myself but no one fell sick and we were definitely content with the experience.

It’s rated as high end buffet restaurant in the Hilton’s hotel in universal city, first time there. I could say it’s very good but not cheap. Large variety of sea food from lobsters to crabs to big salad bar, and of course fresh oysters.$85 on Saturday night. The atmosphere was good and the service was great.

Absolutely love Cafe Sierra!! I took my mom as a treat and she LOVED it! We are huge crab leg fans so we went there first. Very clean and plentiful. The chef is more than welcome to steam the crabs if you like. The level of variety in food makes Cafe Sierra strong. If you love seafood like oysters, crabs, mussels, and lobster...this is best option for bang for your buck. For the folks that lile the general food like pizza , chicken tenders etc its here for you. My sushi folks will have a nice selection. For my sweet tooths, have no fear there is a donu bar, cake desert bar, chocolate fondue station and an ice cream & crepe station. Im mean this place has everything and its FRESH STAFF: Great hospitality, everyone is welcoming and friendly. There is also musical performances. Not sure if that's a holiday thing or everything brunch time but no complaints over here. Very classy vibe which anyone can appreciate Parking can be validated, remember to do that! Overall, I recommend 5 out of 5!

Came for the breakfast buffet before we went to Universal Studios. Staff were friendly. Food okay too, just your typical breakfast items, can ask to make your own omelette, there’s pastries, fresh fruit. Overall pleasant breakfast experience! 👍🏼
