Had a better experience than I did in the past here. Staff was friendly/helpful and food was fresh. I was provided plenty of condiments too.

when in the area ,i always buy the food here (chicken) the taste of the chicken here is very great for me, even color ,not like in other Pollo Loco look so white like not well done. also fast too, no matter how busy they are. also the server is the old man is very nice person ,he always say hello to me and smiling. not the same like in other place Pollo Loco like in Westren and Venice so arrogant. anyway Pollo Loco in here is the best one ,best server and the best taste. i always keep telling all my friend, if want buy Pollo loco come to this place.

My favorite dishes, Pollo bowl, no rice and substitute with cabbage instead of rice. Try it and you’ll see how delicious it is, plus, you are not eating that many calories with rice.
This was a really amazing el pollo loco I just eat there every thing was so fresh and Yummy I usually eat pollo loco for lunch but this one is like another chain food so good
