Quite a dining experience. Liked the ambience, kind of relaxed, but got a bit too noisy. Kind of fusion style, Korean/American. Fresh ingredients, great flavors. Love the potatoes (who would have thought). The whole rib was the highlight, of course, very delicious. Worth the visit and the $$$$

Fourth time here: this time I wanted to come last minute and the online reservation times were only 9:00 PM. It was too late for me so I decided to call in! They helped and I got a 6PM reservation. The staffs were so nice to look into the reservation and add me in.
Ricotta jam chili crunch - I was hesitate with this dish but it’s okay to me. It does work but still a bit weird on the first try. Eventually It tasted better to me.
Honey and butter - good combo! Would recommend if you love honey or butter!
Eggplant and pine nut - it’s a good pair. Wasn’t a big fan of pine nuts but I think they toasted them really well. It works together. Perfect saltiness!
Bing - delicious. I think they could be a big bigger or more pcs since they give so much sauce per order. $4 per pc was a bit high in my opinion. We still ordered 2 more since we had so much leftover sauces.
Smoke ribs - 10/10 - can feed up to 4-5 people! Portion is big and can only get it if you order 24 hours in advance! Rice is included! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried!
Bo Ssam - can order on the spot - very tender and will definitely have extras! They do give the price and other small toppings as well to pair together.
The alcohols are great! I didn’t get any photos but do highly recommend as well.
Parking: valet parking is easier if you can’t find where to park! There are other parking nearby.
Price: definitely high but I do think it’s a great spot to try at least once.

Came here mainly for the Short Rib Plate (ordered 24hrs in advance) and that was pretty good. Only caveat was the rice that comes with it is just too much "fat" was in the dish itself.
The "bings" were pretty good. Ordered the eggplant based one and the chili ricotta one. I personal preferred the chili one as the flavors there are more pronounced.
Lastly, ordered the truffle macaroni, the dish itself was decent but the truffle itself was actual strong. It wasn't overpowering or overpowered, it carries it's own in the dish. If your fan or truffle, this is probably a decent dish to go for.

The service is the best i've ever had. They pay attention to detail. The food was on point. Get the short rib plate to share. It feeds 4-5 ppl. It is on the pricey side. Bing bread is a must try as well.

Great food and knowledgeable staff quick to give recommendations. The pricing is frankly generous considering the portion size, especially for the main dishes. This is a restaurant designed for larger groups, definitely recommend eating family style to enhance the experience!
The ssam was incredible and felt like it could feed 4 people in its own, and the boiled chicken comes in 2 courses making it one of the best deals in the menu!

What a meal! Every bit of it was so delicious and tasty. Got the Diver Scallops, Bing with Ricotta, Mushroom Crispy Rice, and Iberico Pork. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.
Highlight for me was eating the rice with pork. All the flavors together made it for a real Ratatouille moment if you know what I mean ;)

The food and service at Majordōmo were incredible. We ordered the Whipped Ricotta and Jam Bing, Heirloom Tomatoes , Crispy Potatoes , Duck Confit Crispy Rice, Bo Ssäm, Spiced Pot de Crème, and Pandan Pie.
All of the food was incredible- the Bing, Crispy Rice, and of course the Bo Ssäm were our favorites.
The service at this restaurant was also incredible. The servers are very attentive, friendly and quick. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was okay but for the price you pay is kinda hard to say it’s worth it. I was quite disappointed at their bossam, they give you A LOT of bossam but it just tasted like a basic pulled pork. Also their wagyu was pretty tough. None of the dishes blew me away.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. 1st of all, the staff are all great, super attentive, so kind and generous. the menu may look intimidating price-wise but it's a family dining set up; you get the course for the entire table. during my visit, my family and I shared the Bing with Butter, Honey and Black Truffles, the Fried Oxtail, the Stuffed Peppers, the Whole-Plate Short Rib and lastly, their birthday Bubble Waffle with some kind of Salted Jasmine Whip + Jam. All of the food was amazing, so fresh, and SO flavorful. I would definitely visit again! I 100% would recommend.
also on another note, this place is fancy af. they have very clean, light up, heated seat bidet toilets with remote controls.

Beautiful space. Creative dishes. Server was uninformed, surly and detracted from our enjoyment. The short rib dish was a disappointment. So much fat! The rice dish made with the remnants of the rib was more than 50% fat. Inedible. Who cares if you deep fry the bones. Why? Also, why on earth have that annoying loudspeaker with muffled announcements every 2-3 minutes. Down right tacky. The dessert with shave ice, strawberry and mint was the star and highlight of the evening.

Drove from San Diego to try this place. Majordomo is an amazing experience! The place is super casual and such a nice vibe to it. The family style serving is amazing and so good. Dave is an amazing chef and he definitely fulfill the hype. Will be back to try his food again. Can't wait to go to Vegas and try Momofuku.

Amazing restaurant! The staff are very attentive and make you feel welcome. Reservations reccommended. We were walk in customers that were at the door early and luckily got in very quickly. Definitely worth the wait. The food is delicious and there is a little of everything. David Chang and his team created a great menu. I would definitely return!
