Versailles Restaurant - Los Angeles - Photo album

Versailles is a charming Cuban restaurant that brings a slice of Havana right here to Los Angeles. I recently dined here and had an overall delightful experience. The ambiance instantly transports you to Cuba with its vibrant design and lively atmosphere. It's the perfect place for a casual evening
Let me just start by saying I LOVE Cuban food! Was my first time trying this spot and I damn near ate the plate that my order came out on lol. I tried the Ropa de viejo (favorite of mine) and it was tender, well seasoned and had just the right amount of veggies and sauce. The entire meal was pretty
This was my first time here. As soon as you walk in, you are able to feel the great atmosphere at this place. The staff had a lot to do with it because they are awesome. The food here is very tasty and has great flavor. I will be returning very soon.
Authentic food and atmosphere. Perfect seasonings and recipes! Delicious and concentrated in flavor! Chicken is as good as advertised. Great Cubano as well.
In A Nutshell: -This Versailles located here in L.A. is actually a good Cuban restaurant. -The first thing I asked when I sat down was if this was affiliated w/ the Versailles restaurant I always eat at in Miami & the answer was "no". -This restaurant has good customer service, it felt like a famil
My go to meal here is the Lechon (roasted pork) with black beans, white rice and fried sweet plantains. It's ALWAYS YUMMY and hasn't changed in nearly 40 years of coming here!! We get the family size so we can have leftovers, too!!
Looks like they are in the middle of a remodel/refresh. Has been consistently good for a number of years. Garlic chicken is a must have and tastes amazing. Fried plantains are so good, order extra. Black beans are perfectly prepared and spiced. Parking can be tight in the lot. They have a bar that a
Huge portions, bold flavors, and welcoming waitstaff. What more could you want from this LA landmark. It’s a SoCal institution that’s mandatory for any resident or tourist. Get yourself some garlic chicken and buy a bottle of the sauce on your way out!!
Oxtail stew and garlic chicken, their most popular items! Served with plantains and black bean soup. Hearty meal. Not the cheapest but well worth with the quantity and most all top quality. Perfectly cooked, soft meat and tender chicken. Service is also top notch.
First time I ate there I was hooked I have been eating at this restaurant since they opened if I remember correctly early 1980. Thank you for keeping the quality of food consistent. Don’t forget great service n the owner is super friendly.
Hubby and I have loved the food at this restaurant (and other locations in LA and the Valley)since we started dating 20+ years ago. Even back then, the place drew crowds! This particular location is unassuming, not trendy or fancy-looking BUT that doesn't matter! The FOOD is what matters! Tasty, aut
Got the Bistec De Pollo (Grill'd Chicken Steak) and it was delicious. A lot of food, might be good for 2.
My friend and I came here for lunch. The reason I came was because I wanted to try their highly recommended ox tail. The ox tail didn't disappoint and it tasted great. We also ordered the signature chicken and it also tasted good. The general atmosphere was warm and the servers were pleasant. The in
Delicious Cuban food served by friendly folks. A nice variety of dishes with a specialty of yummy garlic chicken. Good cocktails and vegetarian options too. Not a romantic restaurant, just good food at reasonable prices.
This place has awesome food. The garlic chicken is the best,I had it with garlic rice, very tasty. The ropa Viejas is really good too. The service was great. I did not eat there,we walked in ordered food to go,and didn't have a super long wait. I love this place. And oops!🙀🤯ate everything, forgot to
Yummy, huge portions. Get the #6 Famoso Garlic Half Chicken with Black Beans and Rice (order non mixed and mix yourself). Sweet servers too!! Love this place!
Food was okay, not too flavorful, but palatable. I had the #6 which is chicken with a side of plantains, rice and beans. The portions are quite big and possibly shareable depending on your appetite. The service was great, server checked up on us multiple times. There is nothing special with the atmo
