The service was good Would have been excellent, until we needed to split the bill, and she got upset with us saying that we should have told her sooner. Hadn't had any problems splitting it at the end beforehand. Also, please please mopping with BLEACH while the customers are sitting there EATING, was awful 😖 😱 😨

When I entered the restaurant it was not crowded yet waited a while for the waiter to come. As I waited other customers arrived and by the time she came my section she went to their table first and took their orders. The waitress was not friendly. The food took a while to arrive. Ordered a lunch special. The Pot Roast was delicious! As a single customer, IHOP could have a section that would be designated for singles and avoid the experience that I had.

No more grains nut pancakes. Seems to me that all pancakes are buttermilk pancakes with different toppings. I ordered scrambled egg white which I think is pretty good but overall the prices are too high for me. 4 pieces of pancakes is $13.99. The scrambled egg white with mushrooms and avocado is $17.99. There is a 55+with 10% discount. A cup of coffee is $4.99 with refills.

What a fantastic place for breakfast. Had the eggs Benedict & they were just absolutely perfect 💯 Endless supply of coffee @ all of the wait staff awesome 👏 😀. If your are an aviation enthusiast (avgeek), check out all of the pictures of yesteryear from when LAX first operated and all of the aircraft that have flown in and out. An absolutely fantastic experience.

My husband and I took a super early flight to LA for a quick, spontaneous weekend trip. On our way to the hotel, we stopped here for breakfast. Parking was free, and several spots were available, which was great because we were tired and hungry, and it was already hot outside. We were greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant was clean already full of hungry patrons. Our waiter was quick to the table, very nice and took our order. Our coffee came out minutes later...yaay, with our food quickly following. Looked great! That's the fastest service ever at IHOP. Unfortunately, after 2 bites, I realized my hash browns were luke warm and mushy. The eggs were warm, not hot, and the bacon was also cold and chewy. It was almost as if a lot of our food had been made earlier and was sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be plated on an order. We ate and left. I'm not sure if this was their normal or just a one-off type thing. And as much as I appreciate the promptness of our food coming out so fast, we would have much preferred waiting a few extra minutes to have it come out hot.

Out of town friends visiting wanted to go to the famous IHOP. Great value as the food portions are huge. Eggs and pancakes tasted a bit reheated as if made earlier in the day. Not as thick and fluffy as I recall them being famous for. Wait staff was attentive and kind. Which makes a big difference when enjoying a meal. All in all, friends were happy with the pancake diner.

We hadn’t been to IHOP for a long time and were pleasantly surprised to see the menu has gotten so diverse with so many choices and fancy delicious items. Love the crepes and the Benedict’s. Awesome omelets and sandwiches. Very fast service. Also when you ask them to use real eggs for the omelet they do it! Great brunch or late night place!
