I had a wonderful experience at Tacos Tumbras a Tomas. I was looking for something hearty to eat before a very long day. Their tortas did not disappoint! From beginning to end, I was welcomed like family basically. My food was fresh and very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed the way it was prepared and can't get over how it was so perfectly prepared.
The horchata is a must!

Usually I don’t like food in touristy places but this burrito was actually good and huge. And should be big because it was $14.50! It could’ve used salsa but I forgot to ask.
They take card. There is a bathroom downstairs. This is in grand central market

I like the tender pork slices, and I can adjust the flavor with salt and lemon.

Taco selection in LA is just so much better. I tried Beef tongue and pork head meat here, and they are amazing! Their beef tongue is very tender, and the pork head meat is smooth (because there's fat and the meat itself is tender too). For 5 dollars, you get about 4 tortillas and a large portion of meat. So it was 10 dollars for me.

Magic Tacos = large taco that you can make into 2 tacos because they give you an extra tortilla. I had the carnitas this time but the chicken or asada are better. If you want carnitas, go a few shops down to Villa Moreliana's that specializes in pork. If you want a good deal this works ok. Note the tacos are now $5 each.... Ouch!

Tacos muy ricos muy mexicanos!
Very tasty and in my opinion authentic Mexican tacos (although I am from Spain not Mexico haha) I got the Birria and Al Pastor tacos. 5$ each and very tasty. They take card. Try them out!
