10/10 From the moment you enter to the time you leave this restaurant is full of amazing customer service and delicious food! Sarah, the host is phenomenal. Remembers my name every time. Greats with a smile on her face and sets the perfect atmosphere for a great evening. Carmen and Angel are wonderful servers and always pay attention to the table without being intrusive. The food is everything you expect and more! ***Must have the spinach artichoke dip, the crab cakes and the sea bass! Finish off with the donuts *** Try everything on the menu it’s made with perfection. The risotto with the sea bass is a perfect combination. The drinks are great! My personal favorite is the accomplice. Perfect combination of vodka and champagne. Go visit you will not be disappointed!

An absolute must if your on the Hollywood strip and looking for good food. Very welcoming a.d comfortable atmosphere. Bar seating, an upper level and an amazing open air patio with lots of seating, trees, a fire pit/table and nice lighting at night. Lots of affordable and convenient parking nearby. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The cocktails are impressive in creativity, presentation and taste. A good spectrum of selection so theres something for everyone. Food price to portion ratio is excellent and you're not going to find a better meal than this place. Menu is very straightforward and is pretty much comfort food selections but with a gourmet flair. Wood & Vine has a neighborhood restaurant vibe in the middle of the chaotic city.

First and foremost a huge thank you to Wally for hosting myself and the beautiful gals that accompanied me. Also to the staff who were very attentive since we showed up. Now for the food which is the highlight of the night aside from the history lesson I received from Wally. The two starters we tried was the popcorn shrimp with a spicy tartar sauce and the spinach artichoke dip with three cheeses. As for entrees we tried the sea bass which was very fresh tasting. The braised short ribs was phenomenal, the meat was very tender and juicy. The scallops were really good with the purée that was on the bottom. The chicken and waffles were wonderful. The waffle was fluffy and the chicken nice and crispy. The mac and cheese was cheesy. The Brussels sprouts were flavored with a sweet chili sauce. And the steak was also grilled medium rare to perfection. We also had to make room for their amazing dessert. The chocolate mousse coupe was surprisingly good, the bread pudding with ice cream was amazing, the butterscotch and vanilla ice cream was sweet and the night ended with some awesome donuts. Come have a exciting night filled with good drinks, vibes and delicious food.

I loved everything about my visit to Wood and Vine. It's in such a great location on Hollywood Boulevard, and it's the perfect place to get dinner before or after a show at the theater across the street. I had dinner with my friend here a couple nights ago and we were served by our waiter Aiden who was absolutely amazing. He was really knowledgeable about the menu and suggested several different dishes and drinks that we should try that we're very tasty. My favorite dish of the night was definitely the Chilean Seabass. Fish was so moist and flaky and had a really nice flavor. Other stand out dishes to me where the brussels sprouts, the scotch egg and the watermelon feta salad. They've also got a great cocktail menu and I would definitely come back here for dinner again.

This was a hidden gem. The inside was dark, with detailed wooded bar, tin ceilings, larger paintings, and beautiful patio area with fire pit. We sat on the patio and to our suprise, they were projecting a movie on the side of the wall. Our waiter Max was phenomenal, he was friendly and efficient. Everything we add was delicious and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

Food and service was incredible! We were seated upstairs (we enjoyed looking down at the bar). I forgot to take photos of everything we ate, but the food was delicious and the drinks were strong. It’s recommended you make a reservation ahead of time :-)

Amazing place to get a wonderful fresh meal before a Broadway show at the Pantages theater. I selected the Lobster Linguine and lobster has never tasted better. The linguine was perfectly cooked. I would also recommend the bread pudding for dessert as it compliments a meal to perfection.

Such a long post because I really liked this restaurant! But if you do not want to read, just rmb THIS RESTAURANT HAS AMAZING SERVICE & FOOD! - Roasted Beet Salad Fresh locally grown arugula, goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, beet purée w/ house apple cider vinaigrette I’m not a fan of arugula (because of its strong taste) but that colourful beet puree🤤Never thought salad could be this appealing!! - Roasted Asparagus & Tomato If you do not like arugula, I highly recommend you trying this dish!! Even thought I love the beet purée, but I think I personally like this veggie dish even more🤫I’m always so scared of eating old and withered asparagus, BUT THEY WERE SUPER FRESH🤤perfect W/ feta cheese! I cant wait to go back and eat this again! - Ahi Tuna Tartare & Popping Shrimp are amazing as well!! I love their starters😆 - Entrée - Pan Crusted Salmon MY FAVOURITE❤️Not only because of the crispy salmon skin but also the perfect tomato sauce!! You have to try it!! - Lamb Burger Where’s my lamb lovers??!! This is the burger for you!! Super strong lamb flavour! But the best part is their housemate sauce🤤 - It provides a lots of great dishes from appetisers to main courses to desserts! Thanks to @jennifer_oneil ❤️ - But I also have to mention about their AMAZING SERVICE! They have ample spaces for large parties or small gatherings! Make a RESERVATION! They’ll save a table for you! And just let them know if you’re stuck in traffic, they are super understanding (as I was late🤪🙈) I’m sorry😆 - More pictures and videos on Instagram @OneMoreBite_N - #OneMoreBiteN_LA

Watched Frozen at the Pantages theater right across the street and walked over to have dinner here. It was the perfect close to our 1 year wedding anniversary. This is the kind of place you can order anything and you just know it’s going to be good. Jambalaya is just amazingly flavorful. Brussels sprouts were delicious with a splash of seems like some kind of teriyaki sauce. Just the right amount of flavor. Ambience is chill and music is great. They have a nice patio in the back with fire burning. Very private and exclusive vibe. Defiantly coming back.

Wood & Vine exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere was inviting and the patio was fun during sunset. Food was nearly intoxicating, cocktails were refreshing, service was impeccable. What else can I say, this place was perfect and we will definitely be back.

Smaller, more intimate restaurant but service is scarce. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. The manager was excellent and the food was good. The seats are tiny and though they say there meals are family dishes, they are small as well and not really great for sharing with more that one other person. Additionally, they force an automatic 20% tip. I don't mind paying 20% for good service, but to force it with only two people is arrogant at best IMHO.

Great food, the sea bass was perfect. I enjoyed how knowledgeable our server Noah was! He was an absolute delight and really helped make the whole experience much more memorable.

Delicious food and drink at this clubby restaurant directly across the street from the Pantages theater. A perfect place to have a pre-theater dinner. I had the chicken and waffles which was exceptional. The chicken was perfect with a light crispy batter not at all oily. The soft waffle had rosemary and, with the included maple syrup, was a perfect compliment to the chicken. My friend had linguini with shrimp which was also delicious, and he said the lemon cocktail was exceptional. I will be eating here again!

Great spot for preshow refreshments. Easy access to the Fonda and Pantageous. Great vibe, interesting menu and fantastic whiskey selection. Our bartender was great. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They include a 20% gratuity (service charge) so there is no need to tip. It was refreshing and I wish more places would do this. Prices were reasonable. Definitely check out Wood and Vine.

My boyfriend took me here as out 6 months anniversary dinner. We ordered the Popping Shrimp and the Chicken & Waffle. The food was good, and the only downside was the fact that the portion sizes were a bit small. The food that they serve are meant to be eaten in a group setting. However, when we were served the food... We were surprised at how much shrimp was being served and the size of the chicken as well. But we would come here again to try out their other foods.

Amazing food, excellent service. Everything you order here is shareable, and absolutely wonderful. The restaurant itself has such an interesting, pleasant atmosphere. If you are celebrating a birthday or special event, the waiters will make sure to provide several yummy desserts on house for your party. Overall, what an enjoyable experience.

I could not have been more disappointed with the restaurant wood and vine. I booked a Reservation on OpenTable For Valentine’s Day. We were looking for a place to eat before a show across the street at Pantages. We arrived an hour and 20 minutes before the show. The server promptly came to our table, we went ahead and ordered drinks and food all at one time, we wanted to make sure that we were on time to our show and we informed the server that we were going to a show. The first thing I was disappointed about was a set menu, I didn’t see that anywhere on OpenTable and I called in to confirm and was told the regular menu would be used. The set menu had three items to choose from and four courses at $80 a person. We were already there so we didn’t really have a choice but to go ahead and order. We ordered a bottle of champagne which did not arrive for almost 25 minutes and it was warm, when the gentleman opened it it must’ve been shaken because half of it fell on the floor. We sat and we waited and we waited for our food. I don’t think I’ve mentioned yet that I took my nine-year-old son with us. Of course he was starving. We asked the server that walk by do you know when our food should be here. We are more than 30 minutes in and he says it should be there any moment. Randomly one of our item shows up. Five minutes later the server walks over and says he’s really sorry something happened with the ticket and our order was not actually placed. He said they would be comping a big portion of our check. Finally odds and ends randomly show up and no specific order whatsoever. The meatballs were completely raw inside. We told the server and he said that they are supposed to be raw. I’ve never in my life eaten a meatball with ground beef and pork that was raw. Absolutely disgusting. We received our main course and or dessert at the same time. Rushing to eat to make the show on time. We never got to finish our food before leaving. We were actually starving in the theater, when the shows over my nine-year-old son asked if we could go eat again. We received the check they comped one of our $80 meals. They add service fee instead of tipping so we were required to pay 20%, Which I would normally have no issue doing as I tip at 20% anyway. I do not prefer to tip 20% with atrocious service like I receive last night. Our check was a total $180. I can’t even tell you if I liked the food or not because I was so rushed to eat everything, the only experience I recall is raw meat ball. The manager never even took the time to walk over and apologized to us for the inconvenience. I will never go to this restaurant again and it’s too bad the decor is beautiful and the regular menu looks really good.

It’s really expensive for the portions they give. They say family portion on menu and it’s not. Drinks are 14 that’s ok but 4 small cut chicken pieces with very little rice for $26. We ordered 5 different dishes and still hungry and bill came to $298 cause they automatically add 20% tip. Service is nice, place is nice expect for one of the women’s bathrooms is very very small to even wipe or even sit. If you just want a small appetizer it’s fine but to eat have dinner or lunch I don’t recommend it, you’ll be like us paid a lot and still left hungry. Very disappointing.

All the way from Australia this was my favourite place to dine in Hollywood! Will definitely recommend to friends visiting. The olives are amazing and cheese toasted sandwich with tomato soup, yum! Great wine list and friendly staff! Won't disappoint

From beginning to end, it was one of the best dining experiences overall. As a sous chef myself, kudos on the great staff and great menu. It was such an experience that I didn't feel like I was eating outdoors. I will be returning and will beyond recommend it. One of the best New Year's eve dinners of my life. Can't wait for the next visit. Chicken and waffles were amazing. -Levid Camacho, Sous Chef at Arclight Sherman Oaks

I went here last night for my birthday with my boyfriend after watching Aladdin. The food was excellent and I loved the drinks, but the service was the best I've ever had. Our waiter was very attentive and the manager went above and beyond typical service when he found out it was my birthday. They helped arrange a very special surprise for me after seeing Aladdin, and it's something I'll never forget. I think this place will have to be a new birthday tradition for me. <3

Easily my favorite bar in Hollywood, with cocktails as creative and well-crafted as you’ll find anywhere— in my mind, this place handily beats the pretentious Varnish and is certainly less imposing than The Edison (though I will always have a soft spot for the latter). The ambience, the food, the staff, and the booze are spot-on!

By far my favorite place in Los Angeles. Best place to throw a birthday. I won't throw one anywhere else. Wally and the staff are beyond amazing! Also, the chicken & waffles are BEYOND!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Wally is amazing!!! The food is delicious, service is great, price point is reasonable... My son absolutely loved everything and can't stop talking about the Butterscotch dessert. All in all, my favorite place to go before a show at Pantages.

Great food and wine with a fantastic service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Definitely a must to try

What a perfect way to start a perfect evening. Between having a flat tire and a lot of traffic, I was an hour late for our reservations. I called and Wally was extremely nice about it and had a table waiting for us in the beautiful patio. Loved the three dishes that we shared and our very nice waitress told me about a drink I might like and she was right. Fun, fabulous place and, yes, I'd for sure go again! Thank you!

Great hummus, great salmon. Happy with the food but adding 20% service charge is not okay. It should be up to the customer and based on service received (I always leave 20 to 30% don’t like it to be charged automatically.) Hence, three stars.
Gerard Benchanan
Very nice atmosphere in the patio. Great service. Small menu with very tasty dishes. The only disappointment is the portions especially the size of the flank steak - small.

We were watching Aladdin at the pantages across the way, with only 45 min to eat. We didn’t make it to our 5pm reservation but took a chance and walked in. They seated us promptly. Food and ambience were great! Appreciated how they had the vintage black and white movie on the wall playing. We ordered the Ribs which was so tender and juicy, the chicken and waffles...great to share, and the verde chicken. All were tasty! The Martini I had was delicious but I can’t remember what it was called (it was the second specialty martini on the menu).
Stephen Duncan
The food is amazing and the drinks are very creative. Only bad thing is since instituting the mandatory 20% tip the service 100% sucks. There is zero incentive for them to provide good service. We ordered six things and one of the items never showed up. Waiter was never around and covering the entire room. If they fix the service level it's all good.
Barbara Hargrove Hamby
All the dishes we shared were wonderful. We had roast beet salad, potato fries, carrots, squash, and lamb and had plenty of food for three people even though we only had the one entree.
Candace Stadel
Super disappointed in food. Had the pan seared salmon and it was very bland. Menu says items are meant to share...I think they should change that because the portions are normal sizes. Not enough to share with your whole table...or even between two people. I just thought overall the service wasn’t that great and the food was just eh. I’ve been to plenty of nice restaurants, this one just couldn’t fully deliver.
Lauren MacDougall
The service was so bad. Our server ignored us after he took our food order. I had to bus our table, replace a dirty napkin and get new share plates between courses. It was a horrible way to start our evening.
