I LOVE this place. I've been to 3 of their locations and they're all fantastic! I love spicy Thai food, but not everybody does. I've seen people order their food mild, and then complain that it's too spicy. Medium-spicy at this place is what extremely spicy is at a lot of Thai restaurants, so if you're sensitive to heat...you might want to make sure your server understands that. If you like spicy, you'll be going back regularly. I do. Enjoy!

The food is a culinary delight. Not only is it incredibly tasty, but the prices are also very reasonable. Each dish is an explosion of authentic Thai flavors, and the portions are always generous. It’s a fantastic balance of exquisite taste and affordability. What adds to the charm of this place is the exceptional service. The staff is unfailingly warm and attentive, making you feel like an honored guest. They’re more than willing to offer suggestions and even customize dishes to your liking. If you’re a Thai cuisine enthusiast, this restaurant is a hidden treasure in LA. It consistently provides an exceptional dining experience, and I find myself returning time and again. Don’t miss out on this culinary gem!

Multiple food blogs have lauded this spot as having some of the best boat noodles in LA, and so my sister and I had to check it out. Came here for lunch on a Saturday around 2pm and there was no wait. There’s a small parking lot with some dedicated spots for other businesses, so be mindful of signage. Otherwise, there’s metered street parking. We ordered the crispy rice salad, pork boat noodles, and pad Thai. You can customize the spice level and we went with a medium for the boat noodles, and mild for the Pad Thai (which was still on the spicier side). We asked for the boat noodles to come with no pork liver but a couple of balls still snuck through, which was fine since we saved them for our dad. The broth was very umami and you also get to pick the type of noodles you’d like. The crispy rice salad came with a lot of pork and had cut cabbage on the side for you to mix yourself. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. They do accept credit cards now although you can still bring cash. There’s one single occupant restroom available in the back through the back door. They’ll bring your check when ready and you go up to the counter to pay. Overall, a super tasty restaurant with boat noodles that are hyped for a valid reason.

I’ve been here more than 10 years ago. They maintains their food consistency to taste delicious every time unlike other thai restaurants. Tom yum noodles is my favorite. The crispy pork basil over rice with a fried egg is amazing! Make sure to get extra crispy pork. It’s worth it.

As a fan of Thai food, I highly recommend this place. I ordered boat noodles, spicy catfish, shrimp cake, and crispy pork with Chinese Broccoli. All of them were great. If you can't eat spicy food, don't come here. I suggest that you should go with a mild level of spicy if you normally order Medium in other restaurants. The price is not high. One time I came here in a group of 7. We are a lot but the bill was $175 including 15% of the tips (they automatically charge 15% on the bill). Will come back.

Great food and excellent service. Very friendly waitress. The Tom yum soup with noodles was so savory. It had so many different ingredients and was highly authentic. I also had the pad see ew which was good. Be careful. The mild spicy level is actually spicy.

So my friend recommended this place over the one by Hollywood blvd. We got drunken noodle, but we costumized into rice noodle ( I know it is not authentic anymore) however the flavor still taste good. We try tom youm soup it is good, but just a little bit too sour. And fried curry cat fish was good over steam rice. You can adjust the spice level to you like. But beware!!! Lol gotta come back here again in the future

Pa Ord Noodle is one of my new favorite restaurants in SoCal. Wow. I was initial hesitant about visiting Pa Ord Noodle, especially since we were just in Southeast Asia a few weeks ago and thought our good friend was overhyping this place. Like seriously, how good can a restaurant be? We went in with initially high expectations and let's just say, Pa Ord Noodle shatter them. We greeted with incredible customer service and were constantly checked upon throughout our visit. The service staff did not miss a beat at all. The place was clean, organized and spacious. We did not feel rushed at any time nor did we feel like we were waiting on anything on our end. The dishes also came out quickly. We ordered a few different dishes, and by far, the fish cakes were the table's favorite. I got the Kuay Teaw Lord, which were stir fried flat noodles with ground pork, shrimp and squad on top. Most of the dishes tasted like my own mother's home cooking - instantly bringing me back to my childhood. There are a few more dishes I want to try next time, including their popular Pad Thai, Spicy Eggplant, etc. I'm already creating my list for our next visit! Overall, I'm a newly minted fan of Pa Ord Noodle! It's a great Thai restaurant with no thrills. You get what you pay for - an authentic dining experience.

I got the beef boat noodle medium spicy. Broth was so flavorful i didn't leave a drop. It won't leave you stuffed but it was the perfect amount to keep me going. Love this spot.
