Vegan perspective: I loved loved loved this place! My partner and I shared a margarita and had a nice time just relaxing outside with chips. Then the taco came and gosh the bowl! So much yum!
Had the carne asada burrito. I'm not a fan of rice and beans in a buritto, but they nailed it! The food was absolutely delicious! Burrito was very generous and perfectly grilled. Great atmosphere. We ate on the patio.
I am pleasantly surprised at the flavor these tacos! The service was amazing, the staff is great at recommendations. The guacamole is fresh and has a great taste of lime, the salmon taco was flavorful, pineapple on the carnitas tacos is amazing. Do yourself a favor and get a bottle of the hot sauce
The chips and salsa were equally as good as the tacos were. We both had our favorite carnitas tacos, my wife had a cauliflower taco, and I had a beef barbacoa taco. Everything was equally satisfying.

I went to the one in West Hollywood - in a market area - and wasn’t impressed. But took my colleague here today since he wanted to check it out. And I must say this one blew it out of the park! Street corn, barbacoa taco, chicken tinga taco- all delicious. Wash it down with a Mexican coke!
First time @ Trejo's Tacos (at the LaBrea location). I had the Spicy Shrimp Burrito with chips & salsa and a Mexican Coke. Really good meal and I look forward to coming here again soon.
Went here with my boyscout troop after a summer camp on catalina Island. The food was very good and the atmosphere even better. Our troop is big fans of Danny Trejo, so it was cool to visit one of his restaurants. Got a bottle of hot sauce and a souvenir water bottle from here.

It's one of those places we felt like we had to stop at. The service and food were good but nothing over the top. It's rather small so not a lot of seating if they are busy.
