UNFORGETTABLE IN EVERY WAY. It was my first visit to Boa Steakhouse and I must say, it all made a lasting impression on me. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was so delightful and thoughtful. It was my mom’s birthday but she was unwell and could not make it. So our waitress suggested taking a video of the complimentary so she can see how much she is appreciated. I also loved the atmosphere - gorgeous interior, comfortable seating and an overall captivating ambiance. This is a restaurant to look forward to visiting again whenever I am in California.

I thought it was pretty nice. We had a reservation almost immediately after opening and had zero wait. The scallops were flawless, best I've had in a while. My friend, had the opposite experience with the salmon. What can you do? The smashed broccoli is delicious! It's dark and quiet inside, and the widows are huge! The celing is tall, and everything is done in black. The service was on point and consistent. The prices are a little on the expensive side, though, and I found the butter, for the bread, to be too hard to spread. First world problems.

Had the most amazing anniversary dinner here! Our server, Hammer, was phenomenal. The service all around was incredible. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and really made this experience so special. I would recommend this place for anyone looking who’s looking to have a great experience all around. Drinks, food, service 10/10!

Fantastic food. Our waiters were extraordinary. A bit of slow service at the lounge/bar area. But the food! Started off with sea-tasty raw oysters, very fresh and delicious. Moving on, side dishes alone were a worthy meal (the lobster mac'n'cheese still has me salivating 12 hours later, but the truffle mashed potatos more than exceeded expectations as well). And the meat.... well this is a classic steakhouse through and through. Highlighting the dry aged new york strip with garlic butter as an absolute must-have. Finished it off with a generous cheesecake slice.Would just mention again the great work from all the staff!

I was a modeling for a designer we took photos outside of the steakhouse and than she treated us inside we had steak, ( I'm a pescatarian) so I didn't eat the steak, Cesar salad was highly peppered , but I liked it 8/10 just needed water, I tried the lobster mashed potatoes 10/10 it was different never had it before but I like it. The Coco loca mocktail drink was sooooo fire 🔥 😋 1000/ 10 ( yes, they have a mocktail drink menu ) . The cookies were good chocolate chip and some type of nut type cookie 10/10 . The service was great , it was Labor Day, so it was fairly empty , Ben Affleck was there, and I heard it's normal to see celebrities there. VAlet is 18.00, but I parked for free. The place is 5 star , huge , decorated beautifully, it's definitely impressive. I'm not sure about the pricing of the food as I didn't buy anything . But it was reasonable prices when I asked a friend she said anywhere between 20 and up . But it's worth it .

Our experience at boa on sunset was absolutely amazing! The service, the food, the atmosphere, everything was perfect! And the portions were huge, esp for an upscale restaurant. I got the wagyu ribeye in medium well (cuz I’m pregnant) and my husband got the center cut filet in medium and they were divine! He admitted he’d prefer medium rare in future but was still delicious as is! Blake, our server, was kind, funny, informative, knowledge, and attentive. Dua greeted us at our table and explained what was halal and what wasn’t (most beef items are halal) and got our drinks. Jose, the man who kept our water glasses full and table clean, was so sweet and attentive. Our valet guy, the man who greeted us at the door, everyone was kind and friendly. We ordered the Caesar salad which was honestly just okay. Good but not “legendary.” Portland is legendary for their Caesar salads lol and the mac n cheese, truffle tots, and chili lime corn. Those were all delicious! I actually forgot my phone at the restaurant and made it all the way home before remembering! Luckily they found it immediately and tucked it away for me, and when we went back, they greeted us at the front door with it haha although extremely pricey, we’ll definitely be going back (maybe on our anniversary lol)

The Wagyu flight was perfect and their tomahawk was top notch. My server Jay did an amazing job presenting and serving food and had a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back soon.

Went to Boa on an out of town trip. Read all reviews good and bad and honestly think the bad reviews were a rare poor experience or they are too picky to be going out to eat. Service was very good and felt well taken care of by our main server (carlos? Christian? We forgot sorry!), other servers, and the assistant staff (not sure what their title is but they were awesome).
Food: Food was excellent and everything was timed out very well. Brussel Sprouts never said they we’re tosses in a mustard sauce which may throw people off but i enjoyed it.
Drinks: I don’t drink personally but we were greeted with free walking cocktails which were good and i tried it and it was tasty. My girlfriend got the Boa Fusion which she said was tasty and presented very well
Ambiance: Very open and flowed very nicely and the heaters were nice because it was a bit chilly. Also liked how the outside dining area was private.
Only Complaint: Our steaks were a bit overdone (ordered a medium rare ribeye, came out medium-medium well, my girlfriend ordered a medium filet and came out medium well). The steak was very flavorful regardless and it didn’t ruin our experience so we didn’t pay to complain/ waste a whole steak.
Will be back next time we are in the area ❤️

Great restaurant. Great service. I miss the table-side preparation of Caesar Salad and other menu items. The lobster mac & cheese is delicious with a generous portion of lobster meat. Expensive.

I enjoyed dining at BOA. Everything was amazing. The ambiance was great and felt super intimate even though it was a large establishment. Their Mac and cheese is to die for. Hand down the best Mac I’ve ever had. I also loved their truffle tater tots. I had the skirt steak which was fantastic as well. You’ll probably spend a conservative $100/person here. I’ll definitely be back.

Very swanky and upscale for a nice romantic occasional dinner. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the mac & cheese was delicious, and there wasn't a dry piece of lettuce in the Ceasar salad.

This was a great place to eat and enjoy a night out . Waiter was super cool food was delicious and the drinks are perfect. Got a whiskey drink called smoke show and boy ... best drink I ever had at a restaurant and now my favorite. Worth every dollar and the atmosphere was chill and vibrant.

Excellent food , service : first time I see the WEHO surcharge ( which is for the BOH) , servers don't want to share a % of the tips with the kitchen so they add this extra charge,he even offered to remove it from the check , but that's not what I was looking for . He only refilled our ice water when it was time to bring the check and the back-servers stopped refilling water after the check was dropped on the table . Overall , very good , steak cooked nicely , the bread could be better , probably excessive yeast. Table of 2 , we had a westholme ribeye and a Brooklin porterhouse , 2 bordeaux , 1 bruciato and 1 sauv blanc .
