The Sea Urchin and the Carbonara are the most popular udon. The wait on a Friday night was about 30mins for 2 people, and you can sign yourself up for the waitlist on the clipboard at the front. The udon is fresh and soft and the food comes out very quickly. Can’t wait to go again!!

We went right after open on a weekday, so didn’t have to wait to get seated. On the weekends expect at least an hour wait. Service was pretty fast.
