The Daily Grill sits inside the high-end Westin LAX. The bar is big and features top-shelf labels and numerous large TV's. The restaurant is spacious and has an outdoor patio but it's not a very appealing area. They menu features regular menu fare and signature dishes. The plating of dishes varies between Michelin level and Denny's, which is disappointing. The service is spotty as server's can disappear and managers are delivering your food, picking up your plates or filling your water. Several times I caught my server spending time socializing over monitoring tables. Other servers I had were excellent. Food tasted great and was prepared as expected. The breakfast menu far surpassed the dinner menu in quality. As a restaurant in a hotel, the Daily Grill is top-notch, but could do much better considering it's located inside the Westin.

For sure very convenient option staying in the Westin Airport Hotel. In general the service is very good, bartenders and waiters are great. The ambiance is Ok, more like a casual dining. The food is not 5 stars but overall very good. Recommend if you are in the area.

Staying at Westin. I thought we would try the restaurant. It was very good. The service was fast and friendly. I got the fish and chips. The fish portion was reasonable and tasted well. The tartar sauce was unique with a slight mustard flavor. The fries were plentiful and tasty. My wife got the Reuben and it was very good. The unique dish was the coleslaw with cilantro and peanuts and nice unique flavor.

Delicious pastas. I recommend the pesto pasta and the spicy pasta if you could handle spice tho 🔥🔥🔥. Everything was delicious, it felt a little warm inside the restaurant but it was just by the entrance. Great service, and fast

Great aesthetic and layout! The food was cool. The breakfast service was just VERY subpar though. It wasn't even busy, and the waiter seemed very distracted - I had to repeat my order three times. I asked kindly later in mu stay to add to my order and that simple side never came out... and then the waiter NEVER returned! I sat for 20 minutes just waiting to ASK for a check. I had to get up, grab my things, and walk to the host stand to find him. I literally paid while on the way out. Really sucked and ruined the experience. It's shame I couldn't leave the tip I wanted.
EDIT: I went back for lunch and dinner and had a WAY better experience with service from the bartender and a different server :) Changing this review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

Fast service, friendly staff. Clam chowder and Flame grilled garlic butter Rib eye was an excellent choice - delicious. Highly recommended.

My first visit and I had the fish and chips (sweet potato fries). The fish was lightly battered, very flaky and piping hot 🔥! A must-go-to place!!!

We were staying at the Westin hotel and decided to give it a try in the morning since it's conveniently located downstairs. Honestly, The Daily Grill exceeded our expectations. The portions were hearty and delicious, the omelette I had tasted absolutely homemade. The coffee was excellent, too. Our server was friendly and attentive! Overall, the experience was great.

I've visit here when I travel to LA. The manager of the Grill is a very personable, hard working woman who works diligently to ensure proper service. I had the blackened shrimp, which was delicious. I also ordered key lime pie, which is also in the photo, but I think it should have been a bit heartier of a slice for the money; it was yummy though!

Rare fives from me. Normally hard to get excited about hotel food. I had a comfy, quiet business meeting, sitting in a booth. Server young woman was excellent. Chicken Ceasar salad was very good! It will be my go-to for such meetings.

Great service from the host and waiter. Very friendly. Cocktails were delicious and strong enough. Food was good as well. Love when a hotel has a restaurant on site that is actually good and not trying to break the bank.

The food was as good as any 5 Star Restaurant I have ever eaten at except, they give you enough food to feed 5 people! Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with the Angel Hair Pasta, it was the BEST I have ever had. The bread they bring to the table will make you think you are at Grandma's as she takes fresh bread out of the oven. Our waiter was very good and made sure our drinks never ran out. I will eat here every time I come to the LAX area. I forgot to mention, Justin Timberlake was here with his band!

Great atmosphere, food was good, service was awesome. They have a new menu and teased us with a few things that weren't available yet but the pictures looked Awesome.

Got to my hotel rather early and had breakfast here while waiting. Not a bad place to people watch, especially football fans wearing their team's jersey after a game. Had a All The Meats breakfast sandwich and it was good, along with my fresh fruit. Waiter was friendly and didn't take too long to bring my food. Recommended for travelers, especially if your room is not ready and you need to kill some time and your hunger.

Very attractive dining room, with an open kitchen at one end and an elegant bar off to one side.
It's accessible from both the Westin lobby or from outside the hotel.
The menu isn't enormous, but if offers a wide variety of choices. With its location just east of LAX, it's a great place for people who may not all be on the same eating schedule.
We ate salads, pasta, chicken, and fish, and they were all excellent. Not just the entrées, but every bite of every side dish was top notch. The Polenta Raviolis were amazing - worth a visit just for that!
Service stood out too. From the greeting to the accommodating waiter to the attentive bus staff, everyone managed to be simultaneously elegant and friendly.
Easy walking distance from LA Quinta, Holiday Inn, and other airport area hotels.

Stopped here for breakfast ahead of going to LAX. Nice place to get some work in ahead of going into the chaos of the airport. Coffee was good. Huevos rancheros were delicious, though I will say it said rice and I literally got 1 tablespoon. Honestly, that's fine by me, but just though the random portion on that was strange. Service was a little lacking. It was great at first, then my server disappeared (maybe he went on break and assumed I was going to work there a couple hours?). Two other gentleman started covering and never once spoke to me. They helped another gentleman across the aisle, a regular from the sounds of it, but my empty coffee and water were ignored. I even had my credit card on the table ready to after being ignored for twenty minutes, still no one came and I couldn't seem to catch there attention. Eventually my server came back and continued to be lovely. So would have been 5 stars if the break covering gentleman would have even so much as stopped by and only getting 4 because the food was good.

Went to LAX location. Requested patio seating & was directed to window view to accommodate staff who didn't want to wipe down outdoor table & chairs.
My Bloody Mary was delicious but served without shrimp... Which arrived much later-then the saucer left until I requested waiter remove it. My dining partner requested drinks menu... Waiter left and came back empty handed, said bar wasn't set up yet and left again. Partner settled for water instead.
My dining partner ordered an omelette with bacon, spinach & Swiss. He received one w/bacon cheddar and spinach on top.
I ordered eggs Benedict which looked delicious... Sadly the eggs were hard inside (overlooked), and the muffin soaking wet & inedible.
All in all this visit was the WORST! I used to love Brentwood then this location... Hoping it was a one off

Here for work. 2nd time. Very good food, great drinks. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service was fast and great. Would highly recommend to anyone near LAX who need a quick lunch or dinner.

I ordered burger bites and and popcorn shrimps today and it was just a regular burger cut in 4 , I could've gotten just a regular burger �,,, and popcorn shrimps are tooooo oily.I can't even eat it! 0 stars ! It's a shame to have such bad food in such great hotel!

I have dined at Daily Grill,near LAX, on numerous occasions. During my last visit, the phone was great but the delay of food was horrible. I did not receive my dish until 55 minutes from the time I initially ordered it. When the plates finally arrived at my table, there was no apology from the waitperson. The restaurant was not even crowded at that time.
