I had the crepes and plain pancakes and they were delicious!!! Massive variety of breakfast dishes. I haven’t seen such variety in one menu anywhere in the world which I loved as I enjoy breakfast. Only down side was the waiting times. 1 hour to be seated and around 45’ to be served (ps it was Mother’s Day).

The staff here are nice. They have outdoor seating. I've been getting their ultimate lumberjack every time I visit. It's a huge pancake with wheat germs, blueberries, banana, nut, served with syrup and a side of blueberry compote. It's a unique dish. They have all the standard diner egg dishes. Their coffee is probably one of the worst things on the menu. One the few breakfast places in town.

Would give it extra 0.5 stars if I could for an overall 3.5. It's been awhile since I've eaten here so maybe things have changed, but I recall I had a better experience previously. Nothing wrong with the food - it was just a standard American breakfast at the Bay Area price point. Wish there were different choices of bread instead of bagel. Cappuccino was straight up no bueno though - tasted watery and burnt.

This is a classic breakfast/ brunch place in Los Altos. I have been here many times and I am always very happy with my meal and overall experience. The restaurant is quiet which is nice for a more calm experience. The servers are really nice and genuinely care about your experience. Some of the portions feel a little bit too big, but the leftovers are nice!

Good indoor seating and outdoor seating options. We didn't need to wait to be seated on a Saturday noon. The food came out pretty quickly and was really delicious all around the board. French toast, omelette, waffles, eggs benedicts, and breakfast burrito were all solid choices. I would come here again and try their huge menu!

Sad to say I didn’t have a good experience because this was my first time at Ricks in 3 years. I was seated quickly for a Sunday morning but that’s the only positive. The food took a while to get to us and when we got it, all 3 of our meals were cold. Cold eggs are the worst. Also, when they brought out our food, they were rushing to put our food on the table that they almost hit my partner’s head with the plate if he didn’t dodge his head quickly. They also didn’t wait to ask if we needed more water or if our food looked good, they just immediately left. They never checked in on us and when we finally tracked someone to ask for more water, they never brought it to us. It took them forever to come pick up our check as well. The pancakes were ok but my food kinda lacked flavor. I had the eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns. Maybe it would’ve been better if it was warm

Really want to support our local business during the pandemic but this is a review for their chicken and waffles. It was not worth $15 and tasted like free breakfast from holiday inn. The chicken was more like chicken tenders you get from the frozen aisle from target and the waffles were very flimsy and tasted like biting into nothing. I’m sorry but I just had to give you all a heads up to avoid this at all cost.
