I went there to get donuts. Since I went there late hour they were out of donuts. However the lady there was so nice that she saw my long face and gave me free cakes! This what you call customer service!

Everyone seemed to have a great vibe together here. A gentleman even opened the door for me, like what?! Where am I?
I just was really impressed with the team and their interactions with each other. The manager that was there today around noon is an incredible leader, that’s evident. TY!

I ordered some foods and a drink on the app. I go to the store and I see my drink and bag with my name on the Mobile Order shelf so I pick them up. I go to my car to check my items and they didn't give me my pastry. If I had left I wouldn't have realized until I got home. I went back inside and one of the workers tells the cashier "Oh, you need to give her her pastry." They even had my receipt at the cash register! Why not put everything together before putting the food order on the "Mobile Order" shelf?!

I wanted to send a quick note of appreciation on your Lorton location. Ever since your manager Z arrived, the whole restaurant has improved ALOT. It’s always so clean now and everyone is so fast and super friendly. Z goes out of her way to say hi to everyone coming in and is always smiling. She really knows how to make someone’s morning go better. Her staff is also so nice and will go out of their way for their customers. Just wanted to say thank you !

Extremely nice staff!!! They were unable to make one of my drinks since they did not have PSL yet. So they refunded my order and also gave me a free drink/baked good! They offered to give me a free future order but I dont live in the area. However they were extremely accommodating and the whole staff were very nice about the situation!
If I were passing through again, I would make an effort to stop by there again. I believe the cashier was name Mosha — very sweet person and one of the reasons why I prefer DD over SB!

Had to update my review from 4 stars to 5. The staff here is simply wonderful! Our cashier, (receipt says her name was Jung), was funny and nice. She even brought us our order, when we neglected to hear our order being called out.
Ordered a hot wrap, and our order was ready extremely quick. Just a great DD!
