Today I ordered at McDonald’s henderson drive, the person in back cash was professional, respectful and attentive. His name is Robert. I give him an A+ for doing an awesome job today. Ive been coming to this restaurant since being a kid and trust me when I say this establishment will never learn how to properly make french fries. Dont even bother just dont order them. You will be picking thru them looking for the good ones like so many people I know. Other than that I usually get good food here Im just so mad about the fries. Im talking 10 years of soggy or over cooked and unsalted fries that are never filled correctly. Must be the ownership. This is a picture of 2 (large) fries filled halfway. I have to order a large here just to get a medium.

We purchased 8 Big Macs, 2 10-piece nuggets, 4 small fries and a 6 piece nugget kids meal. All was placed in 2 bags which ripped to shreds when we took them out of our car upon returning home. All but 3 Big Macs were destroyed. I complained to corporate and hope to hear back soon. Workers need to learn better bagging techniques.

Had a bigger order and they forgot my sauces, medium fry, and small fry. Went back through the long line to get the fries while my order got cold, asked if they could replace 1 or two of the items to the back cash (first window) lady and was replied with "I don't know, I just work here." Went to the second window and was greeted by the guy at the window who asked his manager, overhearing him ask him, the manager replies "No imma tell them no to their face I don't play that"- as well as more mumbling, we were clearly able to hear that. I'd appreciate it if your not gonna replace my cold food, then maybe get the order right the first time. Then there's the food, the fries were crunchy, not fresh. On the burger, no ketchup, barely onions, no mustard and the bun was literally stale, literally a hard bun. Nuggets were cold but again they forgot my sauce so there's that. Very unprofessional experience, food was bad, workers were acting slightly trashy, will be calling about this.

I grew up going to this McDonald's and I am disappointed that they changed the inside, used to have a train going on the track around the ceiling,decorate it for holidays, it was welcoming and warm..now its just like every one else. The food is McDonald's, what else can i say about that🙂 but the service is quick,nice and polite and very clean..😁

Got the order wrong and on top BBQ sauce (I don't like) for my nuggets when I asked for sweet and sour so I had to eat my nuggets without any sauce. A week before I ordered a sandwich without mustard and pickles and guess what! Yeah I got a regular sandwich that was probably sitting there for a while!!!

I've place a home delivery order with McDonald's on Henderson Dr. My order was delivered and my quater pounder burger was stale and cold in the plastic tray.The taste was not fresh.The slice of cheese was plaster next to the burger,not actually in the burger.Couldn't even scrape it off the tray.Ended up in the trash.Also two of my vanilla milk shakes came with open lids not sealed up on the top where straws goes into.Which cause being some spilled on the bottom of the bag,being put almost on its side.Frech fries were also cold and stale.This order to me was pricey including delivery fee and other extra charges.Will be staying away from this place for their horrible sevice.
