Chris Restaurant

I have only had the breakfast as I am from out of town, but the two times I have had breakfast there it has been delicious. Our waitress was super friendly and always has a smile on her face. To top it off, the prices are really reasonable. I plan on trying their lunches and dinners as I do come to the area four to five times a year. I highly recommend Chris'.

I had the walleye dinner with french fries, home made chicken noodle soup, and a side salad. The walleye was perfectly cooked. It was moist, tender and done on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I enjoyed my meal very much. The server also did a wonderful job. I would have given the restaurant five stars, but the booth seats were not wiped where we chose to sit and there was a faint smell in the restaurant, like some one had been smoking a cigarette, that began to irritated my throat more and more as I ate my meal.

Chris' Restaurant is one of the best mom and pop restaurants in town. The service is great, the food is consistent and delicious, and the menu is huge! The portions are good size and the value for your money is awesome. It is definitely worth the trip when visiting the lake and parks nearby. One of the best for homestyle cooking that reminds you of Grandma's kitchen. Bonus points for having international and American fare, especially Polish and Hungarian food. So delicious and worth the trip every time!

The food was delicious and our waitress was super nice ! The place is really nice ! What turned us away is the arguing and screaming between 2 of the waitresses ! Not very good to argue in front of customers ! One waitress threatening to smack another one and calling her out her name is unprofessional that waitress should've been sent home ! Other than that the place was awesome !
