Taco Bell

Sat in line for over 15 before they even took our order. They only put one piece of chicken on two of my burrito’s. I asked for a bunch of sauce and they said we put it in there. I checked they gave me two of each. Mind you I bought 12 burritos that’s not even enough for one per burrito. I like 4-5 per burrito. The manager lady was overbearing. She was breathing down the lady at the windows neck making sure she only gave us a tiny amount. Very rude.

Went tonight to give them another try. Says they are open until 10pm. I went at 830pm and there was not a single person there. Anytime we go there they are always out of quite a bit of stuff. And that goes for the KFC side of it too. It's been this way for a while. My opinion, they need to be shut down completely and start completely over from scratch bc the system they have running it now isn't working and they are loosing money.

Literly order just a drink and two nacho fries and it took the atleast 40 minutes to finally make it and then they cooked a big bucket of chicken for the guy that was behind me order (second) first. How rude??? But I still waiting patiently and then finally a guy hands me my little bag of only two nacho fries and when I got to the car I looked into the bag it was super sloppy and looked as if there were only 4 fries in one container with a container of just a drip of cheese... I was so angry for how they did me I paid 8$ for 4 and broken fries....

The worst place you'll go. Doesn't matter if you choose kfc or taco bell side. Guaranteed the service will be horrible as well as the food times. The food is either old or very poorly put together. Management is a joke. The knowledge of the managers makes you wonder if the staff just takes turns wearing the manager shirt. No matter who you seem to complain to nothing gets done. I myself am very surprised that Taco Bell Corp. isn't embarrassed to claim this as part of their chain.

Phoned in order.went inside pee sign out front. Got told I had to drive around. Girl didnt see order lidted. So I ordered again. Had to wait another 5 min. Drove 25 mi home to discover soft shells not crunchy. Tried to call to v Complain. Gsve up when no one answered after 10 rings. SERVICE IS NOT GOOD.
