Today was the longest I ever had to wait at PAPA JOHNS. I KNOW THEY WERE BUSY, BUT DANG 20 TO 25 MINUTES A LONG TIME TO WAIT.

Pizza was real good. The only reason why I'm giving it three stars, is because half of the staff inside, were not wearing masks, including the guy who was preparing our pizza. I did call his attention to that, but he totally ignored me. This was at about 6pm Friday, December 18 2020. Since we were on our way to the DFW area from Caddo Lake, we may probably never eat there again. But for the sake of others in Longview who patronize this place often, I would suggest they wear, personal protective mask 😷

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadilla online for carryout. It was delicious but do not use the track your order for pickup. Mine showed it was baking 10 minutes after it was ready.

I called in my pizza. When I get there to pick up,the customer ahead of me is having problems with her order. I wait patiently. A man come in and it is taking longer than he want so he make the statement he will just go somewhere else. The manager comes and open another register. I am still waiting to pay for my order to go. So I guess I should have said I was going somewhere else instead of patiently waiting my turn.
