Terrible.
They had a promotional item, a parmesan chicken sandwich that I have been really wanting to try. I get there and they aren't doing that sandwich anymore. Fine, okay: I waited too long to go try it. So I order their new advertised item, the bacon whopper melt. It was on its own screen up on their menu, right there in the store. So that's what I order. They give us regular whoppers. I go back up to the counter and tell them the misunderstanding, no big deal. Well, she calls the manager over and the manager tells me oh, I thought that didn't start til next week, we can't make that yet. Umm what??
Wow. These people think they deserve 15 dollars an hour. Burger King lost my business forever because I will not be going back.

Normally a decent place. Sunday afternoon it was unkept. Tables not ready for guests. Staff not concerned with completing orders. Food not properly prepared, I was totally unprepared to see the outcome of this visit. My burger was like a McDonalds baby cheeseburger, no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. I’m so disappointed with that visit.

This is the worst service I've ever had .... I've been calling the store for the last hour i spend money for a family of 5 just for the food not to be made the right way, fries are cold and i didn't even get my dessert at all, then i come here to try and find their phone number and see all the bad reviews in here i undestood that no manager or supervisor at this location will ever do nothing about it.... first and last time i spend my money in this store....

By far the cleanest BK I've been to! The inside was very nice, and the food was good. The service was absolutely excellent!! We got our food super quick and it was hot and fresh. Mrs. Sharon was amazing, super friendly and helpful!! This BK is lucky to have her on their team!

This place is great. I come in and enjoy the customer services that they provide and always find a way to conversate with different customers. The crew also has a good vibe so its always as simple as just making an effort.

I have visited this location on several occasions. They have Poor customer services because each time I've had an issue, no one answered the phone. Tonight , I got a 2 chicken sandwiches and fry special. Heading back to Hawkins, I was eating my sandwich, and bit down on something that felt rubbery. I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich. This just raises concerns because there shouldn't be anything in my sandwich, besides my sandwich.

Lame. I love burger King but there is nothing worse than getting all the way home and see that the whopper with cheese you ordered was a whopper Jr with no cheese. If I have a Hamburger during the week this is my me time burger lol a Jr just won't cut it.

If you go anytime around lunch or supper you will wait in line. Make sure you check your order before leaving because sometimes your order is definitely wrong.
