They allow crusty dogs in there and have the ghettoest chick run the drive thru speaker. Just because we live in the hood doesn't mean you should act like every customer is trash

A little messy inside and the service was a bit slow but the employees were nice and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. One bummer is the soda machine is behind the counter so you have to ask for refills. Overall it was an average MacDonald's.

I called and told the manager the meat was raw and she said no it's not and I said yes it is I'm looking at it now and she said she was not gonna argue with me and hung up the phone. I don't have transportation so I could not go take the burger and show it to her. I will be talking to corporate Monday.

Absolutely rude and ridiculous management for a problem to be so small it's almost as if they didn't need my business anymore most certainly wouldn't be surprised if we lose another dinning establishment on the southside.

Customer service is bad, ordered fresh cookies, and had to go inside and get my order, employees were not busy and they didnt bring my order out, I'm going to get in touch with cooperate office because they need to know how I was treated as a customer, I will not go back to that Mcdonalds!!!!

I've hardly ever had a problem with this McDs. Fries are fresh, burgers are 95% of the time fresh and hot. They are a lot better than many McDs ice gone to.
