Hello yesterday I went to buy at this restaurant as I always go and they treated me very badly, they made fun of me because I did not speak English well. I complained that they gave me a different order than the one that my son wanted to recrese so that they could change it to me and there are people laughing at me and they did not want to change it because I had paid for it without looking. I told them that I still asked for that, well, they return the money, I pay more for the order I really wanted and they give me an incomplete order and when I claim them again, the kitchen workers and the shop assistants also start laughing. And that is not all the order they give me was in bad condition and you can see that it had been in the restaurant for a long time and I told them it was for my son but they did not care how I claimed and I demanded my right once again they made fun of me giving me horrible service

The only thing I liked at burger King was the grilled chicken sandwich. Even if I didn't buy it the smell if it cooking at burger King is what made it the best fast food. Would love to get breakfast occasionally, but the dine in doors are ALWAYS locked!! EVERY time I stop (7:30-8:00am) I can't go in......"just use the drive thru" you say?......my work truck won't FIT thru the drive thru. I'm done with stopping, getting out, walking to the doors, only to find them locked. Whataburger it is.......

They were short staffed and got the order wrong but really was not their fault they had no help look like it was just 3 people working they locked the doors but drive thru was open drive thru was busy kind of hard with just 3 people.

Didn’t take long to get in & out of the drive-thru, contributed to the attitude of they don’t care, just want you gone…There put as much into their customer service as they do putting bacon on their bacon double cheeseburgers.*PICTURED BELOW
