Service, food, cleanliness, and portions were excellent! Our waiter was attentive and even considerate of our 1 year old. My husband and I were full and still had a half bowl each left over by the end of our stay. Will be bringing family for another visit soon!

The waitress was absolutely easy going and nice. Great service. The atmosphere is great for a date. Even the water was delicious. The wait for our food was not even long. I had the veggie ramen and my siblings enjoyed a number one and a number 7 both being ramen as well. My veggie ramen had regular noodles and the broth had a sweet flavor which I enjoyed. Most definitely coming again!!!

Ramen Saikou is a pleasant, cozy restaurant with good food. The waiter at our table was delightful and thoughtful, even recommending a delicious tea. The "Naruto Ramen" was a fun, tasty treat with a bit of nostalgia.

Aside from a few awkward interactions with employees, this place has great Ramen and a nice atmosphere. It's pretty relaxed and they do a really good job with the takeout normally. I recommend them to anyone in the Longview area who's wanting a nice bowl of Ramen. The serving sizes are quite large too! The inside seems a little cramped at times, especially if it is a busy night, and we have had some odd things happen in the parking lot on weekends when they were packed. Aside from that, it's an awesome little restaurant.

The best fried rice I've ever had in my life and delicious Ramen. Food was ready quickly. The best part about this place was the service. Fast, friendly and always ready with a drink refill. Also, I paid with my USAA debit card. The server gave us a 10 percent military discount, totally unnecessary but soooo appreciated. We are thinking about making the two-hour drive back to the area just to eat there again. Next time I might try the DEATH RAMEN challenge. I ordered it this time with a Level Three heat, which was perfect. Spicy but not overwhelming.

First visit. My daughter's choice. Anime lovers, so they ordered the Naruto noodles. The pork dumplin appetizers are my favorite. Served with a soy dipping sauce. I got the brisket noodles. Loved it. We went around 6 pm. The sun was hitting the glass, so it was pretty warm. Also, if you have trouble with your back or a bony behind, the stools are blocks of wood. Kind of uncomfortable. Overall, the place is a great choice. Sometimes different. I recommend it.

Very good Ramen! The fam loved it. The gold metal however goes to the only server/cashier/busboy/hostess… she was amazing and even more so considering the restaurant was full! Give that young woman a standing ovation!!
