NOT DELICIOUS! Bland, boring flavor. Noodles and water and a tiny bit of old tasting chicken. That’s it!
SMALL PORTIONS! Tiniest bowl of pho I’ve ever seen. No veggies included! That’s standard procedure at pho places, bean sprouts, basil etc. not here! We had to ask for them. And she gave very little, including a half wilted single sprig of basil that was somehow supposed to be enough for 2 people?
VERY RUDE OWNER!!! She acted as if we were bothering her by coming into her empty restaurant. Terrible attitude. Not nice at all! Rude and bitter to us our entire visit. Why act this way towards paying customers??
What’s to love about this place? NOTHING.
I will never be back.

I’m comparing this experience to a real soup in vietnam. Old lady is rude and feels like you’re putting her out asking for anything. Got the special soup, portion was small, had to ask for veggies, no chili sauce…basically everything lacking. Haven’t tried Pho Saigon but it couldn’t be any worse.

This restraunt has amazing food. In the many times we have been here the food has always been great. When we decide we want Vietnamese food we drive 80 miles to eat here. I love the fact fresh aromatics are served with spring rolls when in season.

To begin I walked in it was very cozy! I spoke and told the host I would be dining in. As I sat reading through the menu, she asked "do you know what you would like?" pleasantly. I placed my order and waited patiently for my appetizer. As I began eating, she later returned with entree in hand and asked if I knew how to use the utensils?(Chop Sticks) Yes ma'am I replied. She then came back and instructed me on what to add to my my entree to have the best flavor. Great suggestion it was. Food was so good had my forehead sweating and tastebuds jumping! I also made a new friend! Rosie, I will be coming back to visit.

Great little Mom and Pop Pho place tucked away just of the main drag (Mom served me herself). Let me just say, the pho was phabulous! Crystal clear but savory hot broth. Perfectly cooked noodles. Tasty sliced brisket. A good sized portion for a reasonable price. "I'll be back!"

Ordered some food via a delivery site. Took an extra 20 minutes and when I got it, the order was wrong. I gave feedback to the delivery parter because they’re more than likely responsible for the late aspect. But when my order and receipt say one thing and my food is another, that’s the restaurant. I wouldn’t have bothered saying anything if there wasn’t a $4 difference from what I ordered and received and it was late.
I’ll also add, pretty decent Pho. Not the best by any stretch, but decent enough I might give them another shot down the road.

The food is absolutely amazing and I know I am going to go here when I go to longview again. Never had Vietnamese food before but I certainly will again.

The lady was very nice and funny, the food was delicious, and so was the coffee. I would recommend it to anyone!
