Gave three stars because what a cute little place . I was disappointed with the 4 sandwiches I bought not because it was bad but because I was craving a cold Turkey sandwich with avocado . I I didn’t know their sandwiches were hot . On menu says cold or panini . I didn’t know you had to request it cold ! Most places you have to request it hot ! So went home kids would not touch it because it was hot with avocado .Seriously only takes a second to say would you like that hot ? So now I have sandwiches that have yucky hot avocado on it ! Who eats hot avocado ? Anyways don’t assume you will get customer help here if your a first time customer , we certainly did not ! Because of the Bible stuff I gave them 3 stars who Doesn't love Jesus !!!?? Update….Might I add change your name to something that supports the items you sale ? When does deli have to do with grilled sandwiches ? When I think of deli I think of cold cuts I don’t think of hot sandwiches ? Yes I looked on your menu online I seen hot or cold . Another idea ! When someone tells you this is there first time here , maybe explain the sandwiches are served hot only ? Just can’t assume people are going to read your whole story and menu . Now I didn’t say your place was bad I said customer service was to not there to explain how your name does not add up to what you sell . I thank you for your reply but not every customer will be a local, I just moved here . I searched cold sandwiches your deli came up so…..Deli !! Which means … food typically sold at a delicatessen, as cold cuts, salads, and pickles.

It’ll Do is a fantastic lunch experience. (It’s not a diner experience because they don’t do diner) I’m a 12 year customer and I’ve never been disappointed. 20 different hot paninis and the soup of the day is a great compliment. And absolutely the BEST milkshake in Longview. Handmade shakes made from handmade ice cream. Different flavors daily. Dine in, dine outside, drive through, and call ahead for pickup.

To be honest, I've always avoided this place because of its name. It'll do? Well, that was judgy and wholly inaccurate. After listening to my fellow nurses go on and on about this place, I drove there immediately after work. It's quaint, small, and you can watch them do their magic while you wait at a table. I ordered the house and oh my gosh was it so amazing. I never knew a sandwich (panini) could bestow such amazing flavor and complexity in each bite. I also ordered the pup, stuffed pepper. It was good, but I'll have to try more. Something tells me the chicken salad stuffed pepper may have been a better choice, but I'm more than willing to continue visiting this place in order to find out. I highly recommend this one.

What a great little deli! They have a great selection and a very impressive menu that was even thoughtful for vegetarians as well. The brisket is homemade and really good and the potato soup was top notch and seemed to be homemade. I would recommend this place 100% based on the full selection of the menu, cleanliness and overall courtesy of the owners.

I could not believe how good a sandwich can be. I highly recommend calling it in, even if you're going to eat there because it is a mom and pop and they can get busy quick. It's definitely worth the wait though, if you don't call in ahead. The only problem is that they are only open weekdays for lunch. Sure wish they'd open on Saturdays.

It Did It For Us. The gets a JG score of 6.5 (+2 for food, +1 for atmosphere, +1 for price, +0.5 for can Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for service and +2 for we will return)<br/>We made a lunch drive from Marshall to here having called in our order 1st.<br/>Looking at reviews for this place, we decided to try what seemed to be 2 of the most popular: The Boathouse and Ole Scrappy Sandwiches.<br/>The sandwiches were awesome. Hard to imagine anyone getting the chicken salad any better than this. Great toasted bread and the nod for us goes to the Boathouse because it has avocados as well. Lays chips and a pickle slice finished off our order nicely.<br/>The little building has a hut like appearance from outside and is bright on the inside and cramped which all the good places seem to be. We liked all the 45's around the ceiling.<br/>The price was very reasonable= 10 dollars apiece for sandwich, chips, pickle and a 32 ounce drink.<br/>They do have Diet Dr Pepper but it is in a can.<br/>The service was adequate and our to-go meal was ready when we got there. The place was really busy otherwise and I would have hated to wait through that. The man behind the counter was funny.<br/>We will go back for sure and try other items. These chicken salad sandwiches lived up to the reviews we read!

Very Disappointed. I tried It'll Do Deli for the first time today and got "The House" and it was by far the worst sandwich I have ever ate. To much cream cheese, couldn't even hold it together, and on top of that their Sweet Tea is even worse(tasted old). I may try it again just to see what all the hype is about the chicken salad, but I was very disappointed for the $$ I spent.

Would Like to Try More. I'm not in Longview for lunch too often, but today I decided I wanted to catch a matinee movie and tried It'll Do Deli on the way. The Boathouse was recommended as their most popular, so I ordered one minus the tomatoes and jalepenos. It was really good! If I was around it more while it was open I would definitely get the Boathouse again and start trying some of their other menu items.

Got the T-Shirt. I love this place so much, I wear a T-Shirt with their logo on it as free advertisement for them. I also made copies of their menu and passed them around at work. This is one of the best restaurants in Longview. The ingredients are fresh, healthy, varied, and delicious. The gourmet sandwiches and shakes cannot be beat. You have to try this place!
