Great service and food. I sat at the bar, and Hannah was a very pleasant and knowledgeable bartender. She ensured I had everything that I needed. Drinks were cold, and she kept them coming. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop with a side of BBQ Ribs. Everything was prepared and seasoned perfectly.

Came in to have dinner with my kids for the first time in a year, and Dashun was incredible! He checked on us several times, brought us everything we asked for, did it all with a smile and super manners! I don't get many times to have dinner with my kids anymore now that they are older and have their own schedules to work around, so it was a very pleasant treat thanks to Dashun! The food came out quick, hot and tasted amazing! And, they were super busy, so that says a lot. We only had a 30 minute wait, but was happy to do it by phone so we could hang out in the car and wait for our text when the table was ready. Can't wait for our next trip in!

Used the app to cut down on wait time on the way there. Got a table at 6pm with no wait, had rolls as soon as we sat down. We never waited for a refill, never had to ask for anything, appetizers were out in five minutes, food was out in less than 10 minutes , everything was delicious. Thank you Chase. You were the best waiter we have ever had, will definitely be back soon.

Best restaurant to go to in the area, however that's everyone's opinion too so you'll be waiting to go in, we were for around an hour but that flew by and it was completely worth it the atmosphere and food in this restaurant is top tier.

Steak was awesome. Cooked exactly how I requested. So tender and full of flavor. The sample appetizer platter was perfect. I have never been disappointed in the food or service. Fine dining at family value. Will go every chance I get. The only complaint is that they don't open until 3:00 pm weekdays.

Great food, great atmosphere. The draft beer is nice and cold on these extremely hot days. I had a Cactus Blossom to start and it was epic! I recommend getting the ranch dip instead of the sauce that comes with it; I personally think it's so much better. The ribs were cooked to perfection and falling off the bone. The green beans and mashed potatoes were perfect as well. I prefer to sit at the bar and had no less than four wait staff taking care of any requests I may have had. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse if you want delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and an all around fun experience. A+ Service!

Very crowded and noisy. There was a 25 minute wait to get a table or you could choose to hang out in the bar and wait for a table in the bar area to become available. It is first come, first serve in the bar area...
I enjoyed the boneless chicken wings as an appetizer and my daughter enjoyed her fried pickles.
My daughter has a sirloin steak and it was cooked medium and it appeared to be very juicy.
My wife enjoyed her beef tips and side salad...
I had the 20oz Riley cooked medium rare. It was cooked to perfection and was juicy and flavourful.
Over-all, we enjoyed our meal and will be returning.

My wife loves Texas Roadhouse steaks...and their Sweet Tea. And this was our first visit to one in Longview TEXAS.
She had no problems using Handicap parking in the front row of the parking lot. It was easy to use her rollator from the car into the restaurant. And no difficulty getting to her table.
The server service was excellent. The bus boy was very helpful getting my wife SweetNLow and EXTRA SUGAR too.
Her steak was very good...done just as she wanted it. I had the Steak Salad...also very good. I alternate between the Steak Salad and the "RoadKill Special" for lunches.
Good service. Great Food. And pricing for all budgets and ages and occasions. Lots of families here.
