Had just gotten off work and went through the drive through. Ordered a #1 with cheese and 2 original chicken sandwiches and a bacon king meal, For the family. Just to have the 2 chickens be old and stale. And the whopper was very dry and old. And the bacon king was MIA! Not there. Instead there was a small cheeseburger with bacon that was old for sure. When trying to contact the Burger King in the mall here, was hung up on and then no answers. They have gone down hill.

Lady in the drive thru was rude and refused to allow me two separate orders as I had separate payment methods. Every other Burger King and fast food place accommodates this all the time. I’ve worked fast food before. It’s not that hard to do separate orders, sorry you had to work a little extra hard today.

Great place, good people Night manager worked very hard to make my order correct, after a couple of mistakes by her employees. This place has been seriously understaffed. But now they have not messed up an order in almost 3 months. Way to step it up BK!!
