We've eaten here a few times. Tried different bagels with cream cheese and have always been happy. Tried their sandwiches and wraps, they were delicious. We placed our order online and they had to call to let us know a lot of what we ordered wasn't available. Not sure how this can be helped if ordering online. But we'll be back!

I a showed up at 2:55 to get a bagel, they close at 3:00. They turned me away at 2:55 and had already thrown out the day’s bagels. But it takes less than five minutes to make a bagel. At a place where cleanup is minimal and it takes very little time to fulfill an order, it seems like a business would just keep things running until the official closing time. This was inconvenient and disappointing. But the people that turned me away were friendly about it, which raises them from one star to two stars.

Best bagels in Longmont (I tried Moe's, and Einstein's doesn't hold a candle to these guys)
Prices have gone up, but still beat Moe's and the quality is just superior. Chewy bagels, loss of rich flavors, and friendly service!

Really solid bagel place. The food is good but not exceptional, though the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality. The coffee is really good and really cheap if you bring your own cup! Definitely a solid spot if you are looking for breakfast

Not that great. Forgot to add cream cheese to my bagel when I paid for it and it was on my receipt stapled the the bag. Also they forgot to toast all of the bagels. Like they didn’t read the receipt. Not as good as a New York bagel…. Meh.
Additionally, a latte was 7.50 and bagels are $8-$14 for a sandwich. Insane pricing. We pay MUCH less in NYC!!!
Update: manager replied to me quickly and offered a gift card and to correct the issue at the store level. Very good response on the google chat.

Best bagels in town and not overly priced. Definitely the family’s goto for weekend bagels and smear.

Since I moved to Colorado two years ago from the East Coast, I have been searching high and low to find a bagel shop that serves authentic NY style bagels. Was vastly disappointed until I decided to order from Big Daddy. These guys have the bagel game down pat! Excellent bagels, a wide variety of sandwiches and spreads, and great customer service to boot! I do not care if I have to drive 45 minutes to get them (coming from FoCo), I'll make that drive every single time with a smile on my face. Keep us the great work, y'all!

Big Daddy’s has terrible service. I’ve been about 10 times. I have never been without spending 10 minutes waiting - usually while just one other customer is in the store. Today they didn’t tell me until several minutes after my transaction that they’re out of hummus and replaced it with cream cheese- so I was charged $3.50 more for a sandwich than the one I got. I really wanted this to be a place I enjoyed but after consistent poor experiences, I am going to be done visiting here.
