We had a wonderful time here! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The team was constantly cleaning the rides and games which I really appreciated. The manager was active on the floor checking in with guests during our entire time there. He was amazing! Food was tasty- wings were surprisingly good. Would recommend this site!
We have been to this Chuck E Cheese 3 times in the last 3 weeks... and it's all due to the refreshed space, games, and incredible service! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and energetic; the space is clean, and ordering food was seamless. Kids had a blast and we look forward to coming in more often.
During one visit, the online ordering wasn't working but no biggie - I ordered at the front.
It really was the great and friendly service (plus games and clean space, of course) that make this a must-visit!

I celebrated my daughter second birthday we had a blast everything came out the way I wanted but one person really stood out the party host Empress! She was super attentive always checking in I needed a couple extra things and she was on it I really appreciate her help planning a birthday party is already hard enough but she definitely took the stress off thank you for your awesome service and thank you for helping me clean up! Will be back for sure
Fun place & clean.. not crazy amount of games but kids definitely had a blast.. they told us they’ll be adding new attraction this weekend so kind of excited to see how it is.

Such a fun experience for all ages! I had my birthday party here last year and the staff was extremely sweet, helpful, and gave me more than what I had asked. Everyone had an amazing time. This has been an amazing location for my family since I was young.
My second time here at this particular Chuck E.Cheese in Queens New York.Had birthday 🎁 for both my son's ,10yrs old and 5 yrs old.Ordered pizza ,4 different kinds, buffalo wings,4 different kinds also.Kids all ate ,and they are all playing games at the amusement area with their cousins and friends.Now time for me to sit back and relax.Let them have their fun.
The hostess Empress was delightful, very attentive, kind, and patient. All the children and adults had a wonderful time.
Great place to take my children, well the only place to take your kids, This location has change so much over the last 20 years it actually got better, it's no longer "Getto" My children love it it was very sad when the play tubes where taken down...again this is due to inept parents and huge undisciplined kids who where and used to cause problems.
I stop coming to this location for several years but now it has gotten better then before.
The Staff are excellent very professional and they do cater to you regardless of status or income, I highly recommend this Chuckee cheese specialy on Sundays and be early, since it's the only one in Queens.
I hope they bring back the tubes all they have to do is restricted the big kids from using it and just allowed 6 years old and under.
Also look out for deals and make sure you give your Phone number so you can get credit and deals.
