Tokyo Sushi Japanese has a cozy and authentic atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. One of the standout features of Tokyo Sushi Japanese is its sushi. The restaurant offers an extensive selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and even oysters, all of which are made with high-quality ingredients and expertly prepared by a skilled chef. When you order the sushi combo, you might want to specify whether you would prefer more rolls or more sashimi. Tokyo Sushi also offers a range of other Japanese dishes, including ramen and udon. The udon is a great finish to the filling meal. I highly recommend Tokyo Sushi if you're in the area!
i came to this restaurant to have my lunch today. It wasn’t busy today. Place is very clean. Girl who serve the was very kind and nice to me. Hospitality was very good. I had soju and chicken wing appetizer. And chicken, salmon bento box. It was so delicious. I really enjoyed the food. Thank you guys. Keep it up. I’ll come again with my friends. #koreanfood

If you're in Staten Island and looking for an authentic Korean restaurant, this place is for you. Korean cooks and owner, legit flavors and presentation, and very chill restaurant. The waitresses are so nice too. They're barbecue servings are kind of pricey but I prefer eating the Korean dishes here anyway. My favorite is the beef intestine stew (곱창 정골) !!
Very friendly service, "traditional family service". Have to have a bit of patience to get good food. Remember you cannot rush greatness lol. Food was very good decently priced. Kids love this place. We do go about once or twice a month.
One of my most favorite restaurants on the island. I've been coming here for years, ever since I was in grade school up the block. The vegetable dressing is amazing, I could honestly drink it. And the bibimbop was my first ever experience in the dish and I've loved it since. The service is great and it's pretty spacious in there with good seating. A nice little gem in SI.
Excellent food. Even though it is clearly a Korean restaurant, I can definitely say this is some of the best Japanese food I have tasted on Staten Island. From the takoyaki to the tonkatsu to the sushi, it is freshly made and they taste absolutely amazing. They are reasonably priced too. I have not tried their Korean food yet, but that is definitely on the list of things to do here next time. Also, I heard they have karaoke nights, but I'm not into that so I can't give feedback there.
I feel like some of these bad reviews are for the wrong restaurant. I've never had bad service here and the sushi is delicious! I appreciate the authentic Korean offerings as well and the Bon Chon is the best I've ever had. It is more expensive than your basic Asian faire on Staten Island but I feel like you're getting better quality with it as well. Are some of these people missing taste buds? I don't know.
Great experience, never had a Korean barbeque before. Food was delicious. We had the ribs bbq and the steak bbq. We loved it! We also had sushi. Service was amazing. There was also music. A guy singing and playing the piano. Will definitely go back again
Went with my daughter (11yo) to celebrate her upcoming graduation. The food and the experience were nothing short of amazing! Great cuts of meat, delicious sauces and add-ons. Even the dessert was great. The staff were helpful and assisted my daughter and I as it was our first time there. She and I will remember this day forever. A big thank you to the staff.
