Best Jamaican food I’ve personally ever had and the first time my wife has ever cleaned her plate.
I loved the owner, so warm, welcoming and adorable in general.
This place deserves a better rating.

The food was stellar. Rich, spicy, great texture and tenderness. A lot of love went into. Tried the curried goat, oxtail and jerk chicken along with the sides. Really worth the detour on our drive to eat here. The woman that seemed to run the place made it a great experience and full of personal warmth.

The flavor in their food was so delicious!! The jerk chicken was just the right amount of spicy!! If you don’t like spicy get the oxtails, those were well seasoned and scrumptious!!

If you’re debating on eating here - this is your sign. I never leave reviews for anything. This place is fire! Best Jamaica food I’ve had outside of Jamaica. 🤯🔥 and the lady managing everything (cook, front desk, etc) was so sweet and personable too !

SoOo while looking for some good food to eat to my amazement i came across this place. Sadly since moving to NJ i havent had any places that sold some curry chicken or oxtails close by me. So after looking over the reviews I decided to try it out. The food was delicious!! And the store owner very friendly. I got some curry chicken, ginger drink and Mac and cheese and it was all delicious and flavorful!! Lived up to the expectations!! So now when I'm in the area I'm coming here! :-)

Ma's Jamaican home cooking was what you expect. Chicken curry gravy was thick. I had it with rice and peas, stewed cabbage with vegetables and a side order of their famous macaroni and cheese with bread crumbs to top off!

There is something special about a place that will not only nourish your body but will also feed your soul. THAT is what you get at Nora’s. I had the oxtail, my daughters had the shrimp and jerk chicken. The portions are HUGE. This is the real deal, y’all. You want Jamaican food? Get here. We ate for 3 days. That oxtail is still in me dreams.
The rum cake!?! My GAWD! Decadent, sweet, soaked and dense. It was amazing.
The best part of it is the secret ingredient though. Nora’s love. You won’t be disappointed.

Great flavor, great spice, chicken was cooked perfectly. Plantain was awesome and the rice and cabbage went really well with it all. Food was very fresh. I couldn’t decide on what to order the owner helped me out and made me something special. Would absolutely recommend.
