On A Roll Sushi

This place topped the trip!! Owner is freaking awesome and loves what she does and it shows. She's customer oriented and brings a smile to the table. Food was beyond delicious. So much so that you have to buy a bottle of their ginger sauce! Hot sake was beautifully mellow. Sashimi is super fresh and always delicious. Will return every chance given.

After reading the reviews stating this was the best sushi on the coast we had to try it out. I have had lots of sushi on the coast and I can say that while good, it’s not the best. We were seated immediately and our server was super friendly. The avocado appetizer we had was really good!! We noticed a lot of employees standing around with seemingly nothing to do which isn’t my business but seemed a bit off putting especially since we waited an awfully long time for our rolls. We were in no hurry so it was nothing to us but if you are short on time keep this in mind. The sushi rolls themselves were fresh and the flavor combinations worked but they were definitely not the best I’ve had. Prices were competitive with other sushi restaurants. We will probably by pass this the next time we come through.
