Great customer services but everything is dirty, soda fountain had nasty gunk and and expired seeds and other items be aware of what you buy make sure you check expiration dates

Last night I entered and was told to leave because my service dog didn't have a regular harnesses whuch had been stolen and I made him a temporary one for the Public....It is not the law , no where does it state with Justice civil rights division and with ADA American disabilities act that you must have the harness on...I did show. his ID and he didn't even look at it. He went on that he was the owner and to report him , that he didn't care, before I even begain to debate with him. At the time a customer their question him because he had a service dog, not with him at the time..He was aware if laws..The owner through his rambling metioned he was not owner and was manager and looking out for customers. Well what am I ? I took my dog out and came back to buy what I needed..I should of went somewhere else... Anyways he was still going on and on with the other customer... I never been so insulated for being disabled. Although. A few days ago I was treated unfairly by a security guard. This topped the cake!!! The only requires a business to ask two questions, (1) Is this a service dog? (2) What tasks does he perform? They can't even ask for ID for Animal.. Im very understanding with people's questions I just don't like when Im made to feel less than because of my disability. He kept stateing he has a sign outside, every business has a sign. He just was very rude and unprofessional to work with the public in such a domiemer. #SinT I see I am not the 1st. I can only imagine how many others.....

I Am Highly Impressed By The Level Of Hospitality RAY Displays Upon My Frequent Visits. His Customer Service Is Unbelievable. I Have Never Met A 7/11 Employee As Friendly As Him In My Life. He's Truly 1 Of A Kind. He Goes Above And Beyond To Assure Customer Satisfaction. His Positive Energy And Warm And Inviting Personality Keeps Me Coming Back. I Look Forward To Seeing Him Upon Every Visit. He's Always Soooo Very Pleasant. I Don't Wish Bad Upon Him But I Sometimes Wonder Why He's Always In A Great Mood. I Just Recently Watched UNDERCOVER BOSS. The CEO Of 7/11 Would Be So Pleased To Know He Has Someone Like RAY Working For His Business. This Man Deserves A Promotion. I Wish I Received RAYS Customer Service Everywhere I Go. He's Truly Appreciated And Shouldn't Go Unnoticed.

I Walked in with my dog and as I was paying paul the chasier who stated he owned the place and asked if my dog was a service dog. I of course would not bring my dog in if he wasn't a service dog So I replied to his question with a simple yes. But he didn't have enough.He looked at me up and down and asked if i was handicapped. I was shocked and told him he should never ask that. After that, he told me he will call the police because it was HIS STORE and he had a sign that read no dogs allow. I can cannot believe the way I was treated. He didn't even care that there were other customers.

honestly gave a star because I could not give a review without a rating . Terrible customer service. The cashier was literally laughing at a young lady that was paying her food in quarters , pennies , and nickels. Then when it was my turn to pay I swiped my card and accidentally pressed one number wrong . I tried one more time and also got it wrong (it was past 12am i was sleepy) I tried once again but before I even finished he raised his voice aggresively and said " Stop putting in the wrong damn pin , && hurry up " I looked at him said not one word , paid for my stuff and before I left I told him that was not the way to treat people .... Honestly I will never again go to this 7 eleven . from now on I will go anywhere but here .
