This place is a pretty cool. The staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for toppings and mixing of ice cream. They have a Happy hour from 3p-7p , %50 for BYO BUILD YOUR OWN SHAKE. Worth it! I have driven by here a few times and have been curious to try. Parking is free in the structure for the first 2 hours, that is a plus.

Here is a place for you to make your very own milkshake creation; shake up the world and your sweet tooth at the same time. Very clean, friendly staff, hip location in the upscale Promenade (Long Beach). By: cmilton111 Google Guide 7.28.2018

Great place for delicious shakes and slushies. We've had a coffee/chocolate shake, the tropical refresher, cookies and cream and the chocolate/peanut butter shake. Don't miss out on coming at least once if you're in the area.

Pretty expensive for the product received. The shakes were really sugary even for the fruit ones such as strawberry kiwi, and some red guava one. Even if you do pay 6 bucks for the tall one it is still pretty small. Overall, wouldn't come back. Only upside is that the staff was useful and nice.

The ThickShake Factory is a great place to get a sweet treat! The employee who assists me is always so kind, and really takes the time to beautify the presentation of the shake. I highly recommend The ThickShake Factory! Enjoy :)
