Robeks

Went to Robeks for the first time and was very impressed! I ordered the Nutty Açaí Bowl - I meant to take a photo of it before I ate it, but it looked so good and tasted amazing. I was surprised by how big the bowls are for a small. The whole atmosphere was calming and a cute little set up with some tables and stools. I also saw they have these wellness shots so I took a pamphlet to see what they are about.

This Robeks is a chill spot. There are a couple of tables and a decent amount of hard chairs. There are usually samples available for customers. In my experience, their customer service is on point. Depending on the direction one is coming from, the store is not simple to access (or see) due to its location. There's not much parking directly in front of the store though a lot of parking within walking distance of the store. I've come to learn if Robeks (at least this location) has the ingredients to make a recipe that is not (visually) on the menu, they will make it upon request. The Almond Delight is really really tasty. If it's not visible on the menu, ask if the ingredients are available. It's worth learning the recipe to make it myself tasty. Also, registering to be a Robeks member (free) comes with decent perks.

Cashier Anthony made me a very nice Super Green smoothie! I thought spinach and kale blended would be like totally nasty!!! But this was as filling and tasty as it comes. A little pineapple juice here, some matcha tea there, it was delicious. Start off with the small size and work your way up per visit. You never know how hungry you are, but for sure these smoothies will fill you up!!!!! No doubt what's so ever.

I've been to several Robeks within 30 miles and I've never had slower(lifeless) and worse customer service. The guy (Andy or anthony) didn't say hello or ask what I'd like. Drugg his feet around aimlessly. Took >5 minutes to make a shake I've seen take less than 2. He looked down and ignored my existence. Then when he was ready, just pointed at me to indicate he was ready to take my order. Not coming back. Not to mention, the price for the same shake is at least a dollar more than other locations. (800lb gorilla).
