Great food! The Spicy Crispy Beef and Fillet Mignon Cube w/ Black Pepper Sauce are amazing. The Lovely Fried Cheese Dumplings are a favorite.

I've only eaten at Yummy Garden once but on the basis of my initial visit I'll be returning quite often. I got my usual first time visit meal of pork lo mein and orange flavored beef. They use amazingly large pieces of pork in the lo mein and the beef was incredibly crispy and not overly sweet and syrupy. My only quibble would be that it would have been nice to have some blackened orange peel included along with the orange flavor. Oddly it comes non spicy but they did a great job making with just the right amount of heat when I requested it. Lots more to try. Hopefully the score will remain the same!

Been coming here for over 6 years. It's a hole in the wall, but it's a SouthBay favorite. Most everything I've tried has been excellent. No MSG. Lunch Specials are a ton of food and a fantastic deal $ 💸. 🍛 Curry is tasty as well as the Mongolian beef.

I did not expect this place to be good. I ordered take out because they were close by, but it was delicious. The egg foo young is the best in Long Beach. My husband ate leftovers and enjoyed so much we went back the next day.

I have ordered delivery 4 times, although they don't speak very good English they are fast. You get big portions, not spicy at all even if you order extra spicy, but best Chinese in long beach by far. 1. They can cook rice. 2. Everything doesn't taste the same and covered in goop, like fortune garden DON'T GET THESE CONFUSED! 3. They use a lot of meat, if you order Kung pao chicken its 75% chicken. 4. Everything arrives steaming hot and well packaged. Overall they are decent, which is far far far above any other Chinese in long beach. I wish they had descriptions on website.

Git a craving for dim sum and bao...so git on Grubhub and ordered food ..dumplings and sesame cold noodles and fried shrimp. Everything tasted ok..not good ..not terrible. Delivery time was fine. The biggest issues are ..fried shrimp...tasted like flatten rubber ..do not order . .cold sesame noodles were hot and stuck together in a gooey mess...and tasted bitter!! Buns were so so..the dough could be a little sweeter and the stuffing could have been better if it was more substantial. Next time I get a craving ..i think I ll drive the half hour and get dim sum that really satisfy my cravings .

The Yummy Garden was exactly the opposite. The orange chicken taste horrible, super dry and the sauce was just on top of the chicken, like a nacho plate. 😞😞😞😠 The combination fried rice lacked flavor too and to add to it.. I paid almost 20 dollars for two items that taste horrible.

I think they have the healthiest good Chinese food around. Try the chicken with mushrooms, shrimp with chinese greens and all the dim sum(pastries). I also love the cold noodles in peanut sauce and the scallop dishes.
