Had gone for a late lunch. Location wasn't that busy. Food wasn't hot when it came to the table, Most of the Okra was still. gooey in the middle not really cooked. Still like the restaurant and will try again soon

When it comes to barbecue and places that advertise it. I am at full attention to what is served. Things that say they are cooking something or many things good is what I can smell even before entering the place. Don't worry about seating. There is plenty of room for a lot of people, large groups, and outdoor seating as well. And, the environment is comfortable, orders were fairly quick, bathrooms were clean, and wait times to be severed were short. As the food. I ordered a little of everything: bbq chicken; very tender, Louisiana pork ribs (yum), the greens I got were rather sour tasting, the beef ribs I ordered were ok. I was a bit disappointed that I paid extra for those and they had very little meat and a lot of fat. Reminded me of beef ribs from Walmart. Something the company has to improve on with quality. Overall, it was enjoyable.

It was somewhat cold. The food is great, I personally just don't like how sweet the chicken salad was. But that's just my taste. It was cold in there aswell.... And unfortunately we there were a few servers with a little attitude. I think they were just having a bad day though. Overall it was pretty good experience!

Great place for BBQ. Lots of choices and generous portions. The whiskey selection while classic is impressive for a chain restaurant. This particular location is easy to access and has friendly professional staff.
Open late, however quiet after 8:30 on week days. Recommended are the pulled pork, the brisket and the burnt ends. The ribs are also very good especially the baby back ones.

The food is phenomenal. The biscuits with apple butter are DELICIOUS. FYI if you like to drink, the drinks here are strong. The food comes in big servings. Employees always seem willing to help and always make conversation and make you feel welcome. Love it here.

Let’s talk about great service and delicious food. I visited this location this evening, and put in a to go order with a very kind Izzy. Upon waiting for my order, I said at the bar and Mark and Justin waiting on me. It must’ve been kindness in the air because these three exceptional people went above and beyond to put a smile on my face. I also met the manager Ethel, and she was equally kind and presented a huge smile when I gave her the compliment that her staff were really good. Great customer service starts at the top and this location in Long Beach at the town center has the good customer service and delicious food vibe. I recommend coming to Lucille’s’s of Long Beach in the town center. If you’re hungry for barbecue and some good southern hospitality service thank you to a great staff.

My American burger was excellent. The drink was excellent. now the only thing was you have to book early or your wait time will be long. Lucille's was really packed.
