I was here on Wednesday, July 13 at 8 at night with my family, and the treatment towards the client is terrible, apart from that they don't have napkins, I don't know I recommend it to anyone, at least this location.

I have celiac‘s disease and it is pretty severe. I asked them if they could make a salad without croutons but they told me it was to busy for them to accommodate my diseases.

Park Meadows Mall Location: The guy working was nowhere to be found. Waited for severalinites before he finally popped out from the back (without a mask before finally grabbing one to put on). Then he rudely skipped me even though I was first in line. Luckily the other customers pointed it out. I wasn't friendly with me at all and the. He smaller my pizza in the oven with attitude. When it came time to pay, he was rude again. When my pizza and the other customers was too, he handed them their pizza first and me last. My pizza was also burnt on the bottom and way to hard to even eat.... Honestly I think he knew I was LGBT and he was homophobic. I can't believe the way I was treated here. Total BS! Sbarro needs to be mindful of who is representing their brand and who they hire. This level of service and discrimination is not ok!
