How do I go about getting a refund? I have had food not brought out to me multiple times. Does not answer their phones nor reply to emails from corporate. I would recommend any other Chick-fil-A but this one.

Never been disappointed by a Chick-fil-A until today and that’s coming from a guy who has over 12,000 Chick-fil-A points. We ordered $50 worth of food and after receiving our food they missed a sandwich in our order, which is totally fine. But the way they handled the situation was handled very poorly, we wanted a grilled sandwich like we ordered but they would only give us a breaded one since that’s what they entered. so my gluten free friend couldn’t eat, went somewhere else. DISAPPOINTED.

Everyone loves it so you may be surprised by this rating, but the oils isn't right so the fries are not as good as other locations plus the line is usually a 30 minute wait.
