Mt. Whitney Restaurant - Lone Pine - Photo album

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! We had intended on eating at a different place but after seeing pictures on social media of all of the pictures, ambiance and food we made a change of plans (thankfully) We had a wonderful time. Food was incredible, service welcoming, warm and friendly. We walked around t
While not the best burger, the chicken dinner was fantastic. Friendly service, and fast. I would come.back, but will get the chicken again. Also I wasn't a fan of the deep fried corn on the cob.
Always good service and food. The history on the walls is amazing. We have been stopping here now for 30 years now, and I have never been treated poorly or had bad food, even when they have to find space for us.
After doing nothing but fishing and drinking with a bunch of drunk civil engineers for 4 days I was beat. With a full 80 gallons of fuel and breakfast under my belt I was all paid up and ready to hit the road, then the waitress handed me a sack and said it's for later, just a snack. I'll tell you
Typical place, good Burger, exceptional setting. Reference restaurant when I go to Lone Pine.
If you are looking for a very cute place to eat with lots of old Hollywood western photos! The bar-restaurant itself is a site to see. Typical American foods. Breakfast was good.
Not a bad place to stop for a bite. Very small town type place. Nice people. Prices are pretty good for what you get and they have a varied enough menu to cater to many in the mood for American style food. Not sure about vegetarian options but I do not think they have very many.
Great little diner. We stopped late in the day and got some food on the way to Mammoth as other places were closed. The prices are reasonable and food is decent. Ordered chicken fried steak and was not disappointed. The chicken tenders were a tad on dry side and breading was thick, but filled us u
The food and service was great! The salmon was better than I have had at fancy restaurants in big cities. I will definitely be going back. Staff was nice and the diner is old but has charm. Parking was OK because it was off season, I imagine in the summer parking could be a nightmare.
Terrific lunch!! Sandwiches were delicious!! Loved the hundreds of old movie pictures and actors!! Lone Pine is where many of the old western movies were filmed! Literally just a few minutes out of town!!
Food was decent for Lone Pine and the price. Service was slow throughout the meal
