Dunkin'

Went in today and stood at the front counter to order a couple of coffees. I was ignored for 6+ minutes by multiple employees that kept walking by. Keep in mind, I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere and I am also a very patient person. If someone simply says to me that it will be a few minutes I am fine with that. But to completely ignore a customer for that long is unacceptable. I turned around and walked out and went somewhere else. Clearly the drive thru takes priority here as there were at least four employees helping to man the drive thru but no one to even greet a customer at the front counter. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This Dunkin’ Donuts always makes my order exceptional, and I’m a complicated one:) They are the only Dunkin’ Donuts in a 50 mile radius that will still do my coffee the way I like it, which is no longer on the menu🙂You guys are appreciated more than you know! They are also very speedy, accurate and friendly. I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts over any other one around

It is always a hit and miss when I order from this Dunkin' donuts. One day my coffee can be perfect the next day it tastes like it's been sitting there for days. Also maybe have more personable people working there that actually enjoy their jobs instead of ones that treat you like you're a burden on their gate that may make a difference

So let me just start by saying that Ive been going to Dunkin Donuts almost everyday for years and never have I been to one that is as poorly cordinated as this one. I was in the drive through for over 15 minutes for them to mess my order up so bad I just went to another Dunks. My full order was a bacon egg and cheese wrap a glazed donut and a medium caramel swirl regular— the only thing they didnt mess up was the donuts. My bacon egg and cheese wrap was just bacon and cheese and they put french vanilla in my coffee. By the time I realized that I had left the drive through and wasn't about to waste another half hour of my life.

Absolutly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. One of the employees, Kayla, was really rude and after messing up my coffee told me I could just leave. Not only that but she smelled really bad it's like she hasn't showered in weeks. People that work in the food industry should be showering once or twice a day and washing their hands regularly.

Came around 6:45am to a rude woman who seemed to want us done with as quickly as possible, this wouldn’t be an issue if the coffee was even halfway decent. Ordered a medium latte with whole milk, was legitimately the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I gagged when I took a sip. I wish I tried it in the parking lot but I was on the highway by then. I would recommend skipping this dunks in the morning and going to the honeydew down the street.
