I had an amazing experience at Pizza Express near the royal festival hall. The service was exceptional, our server Ervin was so sweet and looked after us especially me since I have a bit allergy. I felt very looked after.

Today I went to pizza express with my family and had a fantastic time, the service was amazing and really quick by the waitress Justiana. She was so lovely all the time. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was phenomenal.

The staff make this place, the man who served us was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, made my young son laugh having a joke with him. The food was good also.

He not only attended to our every need but also collaborated with my friends to orchestrate a delightful surprise, which made the celebration even more memorable. We dined here and had such a lovely meal we were a table of 4 and had pizzas and drinks which were perfect and all came out really quickly and smoothly considering its a Saturday night. We had really friendly service from our waitress and the atmosphere was pleasant and cosy and not too loud so you could talk easily across the table. This was my second time here and second time having a great experience! Thanks very much we will be back <3

We had a really nice dinner on 13.09 in Pizza Express. Our waitress Szabina was delightful. She recommended the chicken wings, and it was absolutely amazing.

My family and I dined here in August 2023. The food was of excellent quality with good service and a good atmosphere. There was a real issue with the food, however, I can’t say anything bad in terms of this as the Manager was quick to jump in and rectify the problem and the staff couldn’t apologise enough, which showed great customer service. We completely appreciated how this was dealt with and resolved. We will definitely revisit this Pizza Express should the opportunity arise.
