Amazing salads for a great value. We noticed that sometimes box sizes vary and they do not get as 'filled up' as before but nevertheless it is one of my favourite lunch spots.

Just started working round the corner and two of my colleagues already converted. Decent salads and proteins selection. Near my old office, Simple Health Kitchen near Bow Lane realized they were doing well with a good formula and whacked their prices up and it was a complete piss take. Recently, Bel Air Cafe has actually made its salad boxes even more reasonable which says a lot about the owner not trying to rinse its customers like everywhere else, good work.

Great, fast, healthy salads. Often a queue but never takes long to get served. Prices can be a little high but food is great for a lunch to take away

Super friendly and up beat staff, very nice and tasty healthy salads. On the upper end of what I'd pay for a regular takeaway workday lunch.
